I purchased a new LG 55" TV from Dell for resale I'm an eBay seller and clearly mentioned the sales rep over the phone that the item is for resale(He told me that I was allowed to re-sell it) I even submitted the sales tax certificate of my business to get a refund of the sales tax that I paid (They haven't issued the refund yet)I didn't open the box and sold it as such (Factory sealed box) to a customer on eBay The customer reported the TV was not brand new and the accessories were kept inside in a zip lock cover It also had browsing history and a parental lock had been setup This is clearly advertising It was not a new TV as described on their website Also, the TV had a pressure spot and the left bottom corner was damaged(There was no damage to the external packaging) I spoke to Dell but they told me that the return period was only days and told me to contact LG warranty departmentLG is also refusing to accept responsibility and states that this is ph

I purchased an extended warranty from Dell Incthrough Dell Concierge, and I've had a problem with regards to an issue with my speakers/bluetooth headphones/sound not working properlyI first spoke to ***- Dell ID#-*** on Mar 4, beginning at 10:am- 1:pm, and he didn't resole the issue, bet he did hang up on meI called back at 1:pm Mar 4, and spoke to another Dell Concierge Technician *** ***- Dell ID#-*** at which time I also gave her control over my computer to resolve the issue, at around 4:pm the issue wasn't resolved, and she offered me an option because she said one of the files were infected, and she wanted me to give her permission to set up an account on the computers test site, and I quite naturally refused, because the test site is only for certain issues, and I quite naturally didn't want to have her to do that, plus the fact I had given her my password in an encrypted form so that she would be able to perform all of the necessary tasks

I purchased a Dell XPS laptop on Nov 13, I am customer #*** I ordered for $premium support on Nov 25, to get data transferred from my old PC to the new laptop The service was delivered but the new laptop had a bad operating system and had to be returned I received a replacement laptop from Dell I had to purchase for $again premium support to have the data transferred once again from old PC to new laptop I asked Dell to credit me for the $since I felt I should not have to pay twice when the 1st laptop had a bad operating system They tell me I am past the day window to receive a credit I spoke with *** a supervisor at the El Salvador office (ID#***) He says there is nothing he can do at this point It was impossible for me to keep track of all the emails from Dell as they have confusing numbers on them (crs, invoice numbers, and purchase IDs) I have had a terrible time with this purchase, starting with receiving

On Sunday, November 26th, I went on the Dell website to order computers that were on sale due to it being Cyber MondayI had previously been looking at many deals that were posted with different businesses and found the deal with Dell to be what we wished to purchaseThe deal was Inspiron Series laptop computer(gigabyte) for $eachI am unsure of the regular price but believe it was in the mid-dollar rangeI ordered of them, one for each of our childrenOne of the main reasons that I went with Dell was that the computer was offered in three colours(red, white and blue)This worked for us to ensure that each child was able to easily identify which computer was theirs when rushing to go somewhereI placed my order online for the three different coloured computers, three mice and three computer sleeves
Less than a week later I received mice however the blue computer sleeve, which was listed on the invoice, was not delivered
A few days after I

I ordered computers from Dell, at least four were cancelled and to more returned, Dell has refused to refund my monies back to my Visa card weeks later

I purchased a new desktop computer that was under warrantyI was refused the option to return the item for repair after several attempts multiple calls and emails to resolve matterThe warranty ended as of December 6th with no resolveI took the computer to a repair store after having the computer looked at he said I was sold a desktop box with laptop components insideThe expandable slots on the back we're un-usable fakeNo slots insideThe computer was using 100% of the processor without even being used just sitting there on the counter all of the computer processor was being used leaving nothing for applicationsThere for useless to even useI feel they made a fraudulent sale due to the fact all components in computer we're laptop components but sold to me as a desktopI would have never purchased itNot to mention this was a gift

I purchased a laptop, Dell inspiron 5547, from a Future Shop retailer in August of The laptop in question cost close to $dollars by itself, plus additional costs for software, extended warranty, etcI am not disputing the price, it is a lovely machine and preforms excellently
The problem is question is that in the years of owning said machine it has broken twiceBoth timesides were not software issues but hardware issuesOn both occasions I opened the lid/screen of the laptop and the plastic housing around the hinge crackedThe first when I attempted to close the lid after the crack the entire right bracket broke away and left the screen hanging from a single left bracketWhen I took it to have it repaired the support services at the retailer said that there was a problem with the plastic and that it was brittleBut it was was fixed and a new casing was fitted for the components so I did not press the issue with the manufacturer
The second incident occurred

I contacted Dell's number on July 24, to have a MINOR repair performed on my laptopI purchased the laptop in late December and it arrived in January, just before school vacation was over and I had to go back to teaching, so I've had this laptop all of months now In the course of usage, i.eOPENING AND SHUTTING the laptop (which is a function of a laptop) the bottom casing broke, possibly due to the way the hinges are attached inside the unitI have used their technicians before, so rather than going an entire week without a computer to fill out job applications with, I opted to ask for a tech to come fix itIt was scheduled for the next daySo on July 25th I was contacted by their technician - a year old boyHe came in and was very nice and took my computer apart and replaced the hinges and back plastic portion of the housingWhen he was done, the unit no longer functionedIt was functioning fine before he took it apart, as I had used it extensive

I purchased a Dell Inspiron Computer through QVC, Order# ***, October for my spouse He decided that he did not need a computer so it sat in the box and was never opened or used until August when I started taking classes The computer was brand new, never used and it only worked for less than a year I contacted Dell warranty service and they informed me that the computer was no longer under warranty so I paid them $to fix the motherboard as they informed me of the issue after performing an over the phone diagnostic, in which the computer powered up but the screen did not light or display Dell then created a work order ticket under service tag#***, Dispatch Number *** initially on Jan and they sent me a box to ship the computer as instructed I did so The computer was returned to me on Jan from Dell at that time nothing worked The computer did not power up, the screen did not display anything I called Dell yet again and they inst

With assistance from the Dell Technician, I performed a diagnostic on the laptop to confirm the battery replacement requirement via the diagnostic error code "2000-0132"
I've been informed that Dell support will not honor their warranty for this purchase

I purchased a dell laptop in jan from a *** store within the first month I had a problem and called tech support after being on the phone with them for over 1/hours the tech said they were aware of an issue but there would not be a fix untill after july of so I waited untill after july to try a resolve the problemsand after no responce from them I again call tech support and again they took control of the laptop and suggested to do a hard reset which they didand it still did not fix the problems with the laptopthey wanted to charge me $tfor a software to see if that would fix the problem I refused to pat the warrenty since the first tech told me it was aproblem they were aware ofi again tryed to call tech support and again all they wanted to do was charge a warranty fee to see if that would fix the problemand now the warranty epires in weeks and the refuse to do any thing about with out charging me a $warranty to see if that will fix the proble

Purchased a Dell Laptop computer with an extended warranty that is defective......Dell repair techs have made numerous attemps to fix and have not been able to do so and I was told I would be receiving a replacement laptop if they could not fix the one I had and they had been trying to fix..They have spent probably in excess of hours working remotely on laptop and numerous emails and phone calls and missed service appointments and have wasted over hours of my time and laptop still is not fixed

Hello, I purchased two Philips Lightstrip Plus smart light from Dell.com The name of the item on the website was "Philips Hue Lightstrip Plus - Light strip - LED - million colors" When I received the items, I learned that they were not actually smart light, but rather two extension cables for smart lights This was not made apparent in the item name on the website I found this item by searching Google for "Philips Lightstrip Plus" I contacted Dell and asked them to send me the actual smart lights in exchange for the extension cables, and to honor the price listed on the website I was told that they would ship the smart lights, only to later learn that they again send another set of extension cables After multiple chats and phone calls with customer service, they refused to send me the smart lights They only offered to refund the extension cables Their advertising and very poor customer service resulted in a big waste of my time

We place a license order (***) on 01/18/for vRanger We were told a day later that we have to purchase two of them and that qty was not a valid quantity--even though you can purchase it from their website as qty (which is what the end user/our customer did) So we said we will just cancel the order and have our customer purchase it directly We were told by *** *** and *** *** we would receive a credit for the $we were charged for the license We did not receive the credit After repeated e-mails and promises to receive credit, it is now May and still no credit This is my last attempt before seeking further action
