The manager By the name of [redacted] gave me her word that she was not going ti deposit my check that I COULD PICK UP THE CHECK AND PAY CASH she did not tell the truth , but was still wanting me to bring her money to the store The Check N Go company can play the telephone tape to get the true Story that I have no reason to give information play the tape on the days that I have giving in my first statement

Why was it not stated in their response who the "district director was" ?? She did not mention anythng at all about my initial complaint!!! "She" just said " I can come there to cash a check if I ever need to" whoever this is responding to my responses clearly did not read my last response when I asked to be contacted via phone by someoneHow does a "technical error" occur like that? Just stop making excuses for both employees behaviorIt makes you look just as unprofessional as they were! You nor anyone can tell me if I can go back in the store or notI find it very rude and unprofessional that someone would even say that to a customerWhoever responded said that someone called and spoke to the people at the store, as if the "manager" would tell the truth and admit to being rude and unprofessional? Whoever this "customer service" representative is responding knows just like I do [redacted] the manager wil not l admit that! Me filing this complaint has done nothing but show how unprodessional the people are that represent this company, in the store and corporate officeI am no longer going back and forth with ignorance! Learn how to be more professional so you can be a good example for the people in your stores! All of y'all need more "customer service" training!

They make it hard to review terms with their business model and I believe rely on that model to trap unsuspecting customersWhat person would ever suspect that a $would owe in less than two weeksI am certainly not asking for free money but the fees should have been reasonable and the company should have made a reasonable and good customer service effort to resolve this matter fairly over this misunderstanding, but instead play hard ball and thus proving my complaint and their true intentionsIf they are a legitmate caring business they should at least refund half the fees to me paid as a gesture of good will due to the issues and inability to properly read the terms and conditions[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]

Since Check N Go failed to contact the company to whom they first sold the debt in ( [redacted] l Group) to verify payment was in fact received and evidence presented confirming debt has been paid, it is evident that the company will not do anything to resolve this issue
