I am rejecting this response because:I am out of country at this moment getting treated for back injuryUnable to travel back to ** any sooner than April 'I am not sure about this too The day I was leaving I called the business the lady offered to get the equipment picked up When they did not come for along time , I called again before leaving for airportThe gentleman came on line after the lady said she will arrange with the a technician to have the equipment picked up, the gentle man at that moment said that I had to take it back personally My taxi to take me to airport was waiting outside, I could not take it personallyIt was my physical handicap that initially also I was not able to take the equipment back The equipment is still at the same addressI have been in touch with charter spectrum, was told special deptwill be in touch with me I am still waitingTo hear from someone I am in *** *** India currently, unable to go back to *** *** to arrange equipment return.

I have had Charter Communications for a short four months; during this time my services have been less than sub par, often without service I have made several calls to customer service to no avail To top it off, the company saw fit to close up shop and have everyone drive to a Dallas-based office The product offering is so poor I have finally deiced to write this review and provide a complaint to the Attorney General's Consumer Protection division
