*** *** Absolutely a palling response to go with the absolutely a palling service The servicemen have been out more times than stated in the email aboveI have also called Louise back four times and left voicemails with absolutely no response The allegations above of the internetworking are lies as it still does not work which can be proven with the numerous videos I have taken show showing the Internet connection still does not work at various hours of the day, Is still nowhere near high-speed and the fact that Netflix still will not connect on any TVs and the Internet is now in worse shape than it was previously On the second visit the employees realized one of the boxes was out of date swapping it out though that's still did not solve any problems the employees have also been here three times as stated wasting numerous hours of my time at least eight total To still no avail Previous comments are still being asked for it to resolve this issue

I am rejecting this response because: Everything said in this response is either 1) or 2) does not really concern us or this complaint. We did not refuse a ride. We refused to get in the last carriage that arrived with the disheveled driverWhether she worked all night in a barn is not our concern. That's your concern. My complaint is simply this. We paid to ride a carriage at a certain time set by the company. We arrived at this location at the instructed time set by the company. We were skipped by the company. We waited patiently for our ride. Plenty of other carriages were parked there awaiting passengers to board. The lady at the booth blamed a fictitious person for her error instead of apologizing and accepting responsibility. She was rude and unprofessional. The company's response still does not justify why she attempted to place us in the rear carriage with the disheveled driver when there were clearly other carriages ahead of her awaiting passengers and we were clearly there the longest waiting to ride due to the lady's (Company's) error. At this point, reading how this company tries to justify its actions it seems more important to me, now , to get to word out to others who view Revdex.com and the other agencies I wrote to, of the low character of the proprietors of this carriage business.
