I am rejecting this response because:Spectrum cable charged my for service not received, The attached clearly show I'm owed $yet Spectrum continues to issue me a refundAdditionally not sure what number Spectrum claim to be calling everyday since August 14th since I never received any calls from Spectrum and/or voice messages.Sincerely, *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to mei want to clarify one thing, I did not refuse to move the modemOur home has an entire house system and in order to use it the modem must go where the system isThe closet has a hollow door and is approximately 20feet from the main living areaThis is where I had used the *** Modem with no issuesIt was not an issue of the modem being in the vloset, the issue was the Specttum service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is what the company has decided is the best they can do for me (or at least that's all they are willing to do for me)The rep did give me the number to call him directly if I have any more service issuesHopefully, I won't have to call him, but I will if I need toIf these issues still continue in the future and they don't help me like they should, I'll most definitely be back on here filing another complaintThey paid most of a full month's internet bill minus a few dollars.All in all, at least they responded quickly to my complaint unlike the many other well-known companies I've filed against in the past year that have either ignored the complaint or acted like they weren't in the wrong in any wayBut every person and company must learn that you always reap what you sow when you mistreat your customers thinking that you can get away with it, God will make sure of it

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is partially satisfactory to me.The business offered to increase the speed of internet that I'm paying for However, I am still overall dissatisfied with my service from Charter Spectrum If there was credible competition with Charter Spectrum in my area, I would change services immediately.Furthermore, even though they can technically claim that they notified me of the billing change, the method that they used to spike my price was underhanded at best Basically, I feel railroaded into complying with their vampiric billing practices

I am rejecting this response because:I am still upset at the fact that the INCORRECT amount was sent to the Credit Bureau and now is a negative reflection on my credit reportI would like to continue a positive relationship with this company for future services. However, I do not feel I am being treated fairly due to the equipment confusionI have continued to receive the incorrect amount owed to the company therefore, I have not attempted to settle the final bill because it has been incorrect. I would gladly pay the remaining balance if I could get the correct remaining balance in writing(paper bill) AND the negative reflection removed from my credit report Sincerely,

These problems have been going on for over yearsEvery time that they have come out to fix my service, the problems are not corrected. I did not say that there were missed appointments. I did have a rude technician and I was told that Charter was going to send out a technician and I did tell them if it was the rude technician not to bother sending him.Todd Bennett came to check on my service and he was "ugly" and asked what I wanted to do and I only want to have him fix my service.I was also told that I would pay my bill and that my bill was going to increase to over $next month.I ask for Charter to please call me and to fix my service with them. I also do not want to see any increase in my billing statement considering I do not have full use of service for which I am currently paying.I would really like to have Charter call me or have *** *** contact me. I need my service fixed once and for all

Spectrum continues to insist I am being charged the correct retail rate for Internet service, $/ month, despite clear evidence on their own web site that this is incorrect See here: https://***/content/dam/residential/pdfs/rate-cards/SD/SD1-RC-SPP-SanDiego.pdf Retail rates from their document show I should be charged $/ month Spectrum continues to advertise one price and charge something different.The previous Spectrum agent acknowledged this price discrepancy but refused to provide recompense Further, a previous agent claimed to be applying a discount of $/ month to my account for the next months The next Spectrum agent I spoke to knew nothing about it
