when I call in to make a payment and simple request of them just givign me my confirmation number is met with thats not our policy we are not goning to do it and when I make my payment and the change my mom minimum do and dont tell me and let me make it for a lesser amount and then charge me a late fee their so called fix for that was taking off the late fee thats their fix that makes it all better no

I do not accept what Capital One Bank wrote in response to my Revdex.com Complaint. I will only pay $25.00 a month until further notice, or until my account is paid off, and I will only pay for what I charge on this account. I will pay on this account between 36 to 40 more months at $25.00 a month, any made up fees or made up charges--drop it.

below.I'm not satisfied with the outcome of this investigation. I feel that it's unreasonable for the company not to remove the 30 day late payment flag when they acknowledge in the attached letter that there was an issue with my receiving my March 2015 statement. All I'm asking for is a goodwill adjustment since as soon as I was aware of the late payment I paid the amount due including fees immediately. After I had brought the account up to date the company then reported me as being late. The flag has decreased my credit score by 66 points. I don't think I'm asking to much for a one time adjustment since there was obviously an issue with my receiving the statement. Further more a payment for may was taken from my account when I had a zero balance on the account. Their system is not full proof.

I have reviewed your Equifax credit report as part of our security processing and there is an item showing in collections. You will need to take care of this issue as soon as possible, if you have not already done so, in order to remain in processing for a public trust approval. First of all, your company strategically disregarded my complaint sited for 2013; which makes me question Capital One's intent. Secondly, I don't believe your facts to be in order. That is certainly not how I remember it being explained telephonically. Based on your attached response the "extensions will move 2 payment of $431.09 each to the end of the loan term." If you moved October and November to the back of the loan on November 1st, how could I be more than 30 or more days late for October and November? If I was late then when where they paid? Isn't that charging me twice since 2 payments were moved to back of the loan and you claim to have scheduled check by phone payments for August and September?
Payments in the amount of $540.00 on 1 August 2012 and $450.00 on September 20th 2012 both posted to my personal check account. Again, if your response is accurate, where was the September 20th payment applied.
In the "What you need to know" section of the Extension you attached it clearly states that it "is a service we offer to help you keep your account current. It's one way to catch up on payments and avoid a possible late fee or negative impact on your credit." Clearly this is not what Capital One intended to uphold. With the time and effort it has taken in attempts to resolve this matter, I'm afraid I may need to escalate these issues to federal authority.

Dear Ms. [redacted], Your complaint filed with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) was forwarded to my attention in the Executive Office of [redacted]’s for resolution. While [redacted]’s has an established partnership with Capital One N.A., we provide the in-house servicing for your [redacted]’s Charge account. As it is my intent to provide our valued customers with quality service, I appreciate the opportunity to review and resolve your concerns. In your complaint, you state that you did not receive any alerts that your account was past due and were not properly notified of a non-payment. You request that we update information we’ve reported to the Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs). Paperless statements are customer initiated, and are only sent if a customer logs on to our My [redacted]’s Charge website and opts out of paper statements. Our records show that your first statement was sent via mail, and on February 9, 2015, you logged in to your My [redacted]’s Charge account and scheduled a payment online. While we are unable to confirm the exact date that you enrolled the account in paperless statements, subsequent statements were paperless. Additionally, an e-mail is sent to the e-mail address that we have on file for you, which is [redacted], notifying you when your statements are available to view online. There is no recent request to have your e-mail address updated or any record of e-mails being returned as undeliverable. Your February 2015 billing statement showed an account balance of $86.18, with a minimum payment of $25.00 due by March 15, 2015. Since we did not receive any payment from you, a past due fee and interest was assessed. Your March 2015 billing statement showed an account balance of $112.99, with a minimum payment of $52.00 due by April 15, 2015. Again no payment was received, and an additional past due fee and interest was assessed. Since your account was now more than 30 days past due, we reported the delinquency to the CRAs. Your April 2015 billing statement showed an account balance of $236.86 and a minimum payment of $91.00 due by May 15, 2015. Capital One still is not agreeing to thier advertisement. As I told the representatives I am not talking about my current credit card but the credit card and terms advertised. Please see below:Required Security Deposit

As you can see below it states the security deposit will be refunded not when you close your account but when you are credit worthiness,

Capitol One's new mobile deposit limits:
Dear Capitol One: I've owned a small business for years. I have a full accounting staff and legal team in place should I have a bounced check or any other such issue.I take full responsibility for all the checks I accept and don't need an overzealous bank micromanaging my transactions. Your sudden interest in limiting the amount of money I deposit on a monthly basis into my business and personal checking accounts via mobile deposits only accomplishes a few goals. 1) It frustrates me a great deal. When I cannot deposit more than $1000 a month it's pretty outrageous. 2) It inconveniences me. I have to plan time out of my very very busy schedule to drive to the bank and make deposits, which is counterproductive. I really have to ask myself, why am I banking at a bank that doesn't want to let me deposit money into my account via mobile deposit?

First off I have had to sit here for three weeks Because capital one never did send any documents until i mention it in the complaint they law firm never once try to contact me via mail nor did I have any idea why the debt was discharged. AND CAPITAL ONE HAS TO UNDERSTAND THAT NOW THAT IT TOOK THEM MORE THAN 3 WEEKS TO PROCESS THIS COMPLAINT AND IN THAT TIME ANY TAXES THAT NEED TO BE PAID HAD TO BE PAID ON THE 18TH BECAUSE CAPITAL ONE TOOK SO LONG I AM NOW I AM LATE AND WILL BE CHARGED ADDITION PENALTIES AON UN PAID TAXES. DOES CAPITAL ONE UNDER STAND THAT MY MOTHER DIED DOES CAPITAL ONE UNDER STAND THAT I HAD CONSIDERED TAKING MY LIFE TWO YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS DEALING WITH ALL OF THIS IN 2014 I WAS ADMITTED TO A PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL UPC IN 2014 WHEN SEVERAL POLICE OFFICERS CAME OVER TO DO A WELLNESS CHECK. Capital One lied over the phone to me. They offered me no solution and could not even tell me when I would be able to qualify for another extension. I would like to state that if they can not offer a solution that is fair then I will simply file another complaint and file other complaints with multiple government agencies. I would like to request a copy of the recorded phone call I made when I first called asking for an extension when the agent over the phone laughed when I told him that they basically leave people with no options and could not tell me when I would qualify for an extension on my car. I refuse their offer.
