The fact that they said documentation was sent and never received by me more than 30 day later, has lead me to file a formal ROI (REQUEST FOR INVESGATION) with the [redacted]. As I have not received these documents I request that they now be sent to me. Second I was informed by a capital one rep that the other two incidents and I do not have proof. Again as it was a company rep. that advised me I suggest that the information is in there possession.
I do not accept this. We were told by the customer service rep that the payment agreement would stop any repossession as long as we kept our side of the agreement. They are the ones...
that cancelled the agreement and took the car. This should of never happened and they need to admit to it and make it right.

The transcript reviewed was of the chat I am complaining about and only further deepens my resolve in this matter.
There isn't a way to chat with someone prior to opening an account because you need to sign in to chat. the conversation in which I was assured I would receive a larger credit line occurred before I opened my account and was verbal but I will provide the transcript upon request &/or the recording.
The reviewed transcript is what initiated my complaint that capital one representatives treat customers differently and mislead them once they open an account.
As far as the cardholder agreement goes, there is no mention of additional deposits. in faact, I chatted with a Dallas last week who spent 45 minutes trying to find where it says that I will only get my dollar amount back in the form of credit and he could only find it in the FAQ section which isn't part of any agreement.
While I appreciate the offer to refund my $700, I hope you'll understand why I find that to be an unsatisfactory offer.

I expect their offer. They say that they have followed through with my request. However, I have received 2 other similar letters in June and July did not do what they said they would. For that...
reason, I will follow up to ensure my credit score has been restored. If not I will be lodging another complaint, or perhaps seeking different ways that may help recover the monetary losses I have sustained as a result of their actions.

Anna called me this past week, but only to tell me that there was nothing they could do. She pretty much read from a script and used a fake timeline and facts and reiterated their previous decision of not helping me out.She mentioned a few, if not a lot, of incorrect information. I tried to explain once again the problem and she simply wouldn't not change. That shows that she called with her mind already made up instead of making a decision afterwards. I was told for the first time that the information I submitted was looked at and was still not good enough. if that was the case, why wasn't I asked to provide more information? Since I did not purchase the ticket, I should be given a chance to prove that. Furthermore, the airline didn't prove anything. They did not provide my signature or anything like that. If anything, this phone call made me even more upset at this company. I dont think the company is willing to work with me and compromise at all.Regards,

I don't not agree with capital ones assesment of there explanation ! I never signed up for this plan!! I also was only inquiring what this was and since I had it why I had not known about it and if so if I was elgible to use it. I appreciate the gesture but I didn't call for a refund I called because this is affecting my credit and if they refunded regardless of what they say they are admitting fault I will only be happy if this is deleted off my credit other than that this is not satisfactory and the credit is great but this needs to be removed or we will continue to have complaints filed.

Horrible bank. They will pull all three credit bureaus just to give you a $300/$500 credit line. Intentionally hurting your financial health.
According to my knowledge, the other banks pulls three bureau reports only for mortgages and big installment loans.
Credit Re-builders and Young folks who is looking to establish credit !!!
Stay away from this bank.

My Capital One 360 account was frozen due to a security alarm triggered by an (intended) transfer. Capital One customer service department insists that only a specific (presumably security-related) department can undo the freeze. That department, however, does not answer ANY of its associated phone numbers. Calling the regular customer service to then contact that special department has proven futile. I have no idea how long this issue will be outstanding while Capital One effectively hijacks my money.

The transfer was NOT supposed to be paid off - I should have had 18months at no interest for the transfer. Instead, they have been taking my payments and applying them to the transfer, allowing my current balance to accrue interest. WHY would any one with common sense agree to transfer a balance if it did not benefit them ( I could have left the balance on my other card). THIS was false advertisement. I spoke with a rep when I received the offer to get clarity and they did not explain this to me. I actually think Capital One needs to be sued. I am sure there are many individuals that are not aware of what is happening with this transfer. I want my money for this interest. Rest assured, I will never transfer another balance to Capitol One.Regards,

I started my conversation with CRAPital One over 2 weeks ago. I am an if it's not broken don't fix it type of person so a business will generally not hear from me until there is a serious problem or a I cant find the answer online myself. I requested to speak with 2 supervisors and not one has called me back. I located the corporate number online myself which one of the customer advocacy members ([redacted]) stated they did not have! He also provided me the incorrect address to write in to corporate and told me he can have a supervisor call me back in 2-3 business day. The track record for call backs is 0-2 at this point! Once my autoloan is satisfied I will not do business with CRAPital one any further. They reviewed my history since 3/2011 never had a late fee, never called in and made a higher payment than my monthly charge. This company has no customer service and should really consider who they allow to speak with their customers. The only hope this company has is a Corporate supervisor named [redacted]. She needs to be promoted to Operations Manager. She explained things to me in a matter of 7 minutes!!! She listened, didnt cut me off like [redacted] and expressed Genuine concern. So hats off to her but if she knows her worth she should get out of this company!
