[redacted] says "On August 5, 2015, we received your request to opt out of our mail offers." They received my request to not receive anymore solicitations from Capital one as of JANUARY 15, 2015 VIA MAIL AND VIA PHONE, OVER 500 CALLS TO CAPITAL ONE AND I WANT CAPITAL ONE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE TRUE DATE ON THEIR RESPONSE. Their is response that they received it on August 5, 2015 is a lie! Thank you.

Capital One discriminates will close a customers account without understanding facts of a situation. Account was closed after company made blatant mistakes and did not address them to me, even though I reached out on numerous occasions, even to the executive office to notify them what was going on. I have been working for the past 3 months to restore privileges to my account and they continue to stall. If you try to complain about the company they will send you a generic message and state something along the lines of "consumer is disputing issue with other agency" even though I'm not or consumer conversed with agent who addressed their needs, when in fact non of that is true.

Capital One has offered me NO RESOLUTION. They basically told me they don't care about me or my business. THEY ARE TOO BIG TO CARE! I will never do business with them again. No matter how low my balance is on my credit cards and even when I pay them off, they still refuse to lower my interest rate.

I have verified my information with capital one multiple times and I do not wish to do it again. I will not go through this much trouble with them to me a customer and I am not sure they understand that I am not happy with this resolution. i have paid them in full I owe them nothing. They owe me. I want my account closed with them and I will never do business with them again.

1. Capital One stated THEY sent a letter to [redacted] dated for November 13, 2013 to address my concern. No letter was sent to me from Capital One or [redacted]. IF they did, I request a copy that was sent to [redacted].
2. They are the ORIGINAL CREDITOR so the information that I sent was certified and they should have payment history, date of delinquency, and all the information that I requested from THEM.
3. They stated they could help me with information on the account dated before May 17, 2011. THAT was what I was asking for, again, in the certified letter sent to Capital One.
4. Again, if the information is not verifiable, please have Capital One and [redacted] removed the information from all three credit bureaus [redacted], and [redacted].

Because I have already sent in my ssn card twice and my account is still locked they keep having me send in documents over and over and saying they cant read it this company is also bogus and treat their customers like criminals and they lie.Regards

The response is inaccurate. The 0% interest rate was offered on correspondence that was mailed to me from Capital One regarding a new [redacted] credit card.. indicate that the account was opened on March 30, 2012, after we received an online application. Your name, date of birth, and Social Security number matches the information listed for you with the Consumer Reporting Agencies. The account was established with the mailing address of [redacted], and an email address of [redacted]. This information was been validated to you through public records. We mailed statements and other notices to this address and have no record of having received any returned mail through the U.S. Postal Service. I have enclosed copies of your April 2012 through November 2012 billing statements for your review. The credit card was mailed to the address in our system of record. We show that the card was received and activated on April 5, 2012, and the Personal Identification Number (PIN) was changed. [redacted] I do not think Capital One understands the damage they cause us when they lied to us about the readiness of our card to work outside the US. We were hurt bad by them placing us in a real bind for the five weeks. I am asking for this person to call me. Thanks again.

Capitol One contacted me and the situation was resolved. They agreed to stop all solicitations for credit cards, loans, etc.
