I cannot wait to close my account with Capital One. The last straw was that I made a large payment and there was no issue with it going through. The funds were delivered to Capital One and deducted from my bank. Capital One said it got the money, but would not change my available credit amount until they spoke to a teller at my bank to ensure the funds really did go through. What year is this? 1920? The funds went through 2 days ago, and they have not "called my bank to speak with a teller." I can't imagine what they are waiting for! And how long do they intend to wait? This is utterly absurd.

I assume I will need new loan agreement documents so that I can accept, sign and return without any misunderstanding.

Because an employee of Capital one called me on the phone during January 2015, and the data that was presented the Revdex.com in this attachment, is the information, that I provided to the Capital One representative.  Capital one has not told me any, other that repeat back to me  the answer to the questions that they asked me.  The information in this attachment is the information that I gave to Capital one.

Capitol One uses unfair practices - they throw a rock and then hide their hands. For example when they acquired HSBC credit card customers we were not given a choice in the matter. HSBC Bank was found guilty of laundering drug cartel money, fined and thrown out of the country. Any and all debts that any cardholder had with HSBC should have been thrown wiped out. The US Gov't fined HSBC hundreds of millions and kept the money. But then US Gov't allowed HSBC to sell their Credit Card accounts to make the money back. All parties to these proceedings no matter what are dishonest and do not serve the American Citizens. I mentioned this to show the character of Capitol One Bank. Online at least when I sign in it shows my correct income. However, their own Customer Service Representative told me that on their records as far is she could see my income was $4000. Capitol One records all phone calls have them send over the tape. Furthermore, please request that Capitol One send me a copy of the correspondence that they forwarded to the Credit Reporting Agencies verifying my income prior to extending me a line of credit.

First, their letter stated that the account was open on Nov 3, 20111 using my name, social security number and a address and phone number that I never had (have my current address since 1982)Second, their letter acknowledge my fraud claim filed to the consumer reporting agencies on Feb 2, 2011 (nine months before the opening of the account they claimed I open with them ???)Third, On you "investigation" of my dispute on September 10, 2013 You decided that I was responsible for the debt - was your decision based on having my name and social security number?Fourth, On Feb 23, 2016 I received a letter from you office [redacted] dated Feb 17, 2016 in response to a case number [redacted] on account ending in 4138 stating that you looked into my claim and found that it is fraudulent and you have sent a request to the credit reporting agencies to delete this account from my credit file (file attached) Today, March 21, 2016 I received this e-mail from the Revdex.com in relation to my complain and Capital One offering letter contradicted the letter I received from them on Feb 23, 2016 (see Fourth above).Conclusion, I will accept Capital One letter dated Feb 17, 2016 in relation to account # ending on [redacted] and Case # [redacted] after I received from them a copy of a report from the credit reporting agencies [redacted]

This company filed a credit card to someone in my family, under my name, without my signature, consent or contact. Now years later, I'm working to pay down the amount on my card and was told that with three on-time payments my card would be restored for use so that I, who have never had a credit card myself, could finally use it in case of emergency. After making six on-time payments, I'm still getting the run-around and have no access to the card.

I'll be closing my account once the account is paid I hate businesses that lie. That is not what my balance is. Amazing this is a secured credit card and they can screw a consumer over like they did

First and foremost, Capital one is providing incorrect /false info to my complaint. The terms & conditions there is nothing mentioned about account sanctions w/o customer knowledge!! Capital one clearly states that customer is responsible for all outgoing transfers , so how can they  be responsible for wrong/incorrect transactions after I accept that?? Also, why capital one is forgetting that I have added a new account, verified through Capital one security process, waited for 3 days!! So where is question of fraudalent transactions here??? Why Capital one is refusing to tell me what reason restriction was put in the first place, w/o informing me!!! This is not a security measure but harassment!! I had to make emergency transfer and my money was blocked by Capital One!! This is against anything that I signed up for, definitely I demand compensation and I need to knohw the reasons for Account sanctions!! I wont buy any crap excuse about security measure as its not!! Still I need to validate every time I make transfers!! Why so?? This is not what I signed up or agreed for?? Show me where I explicitly signed up and agreed that Capone can block me from sending money to my linked account??? The account in question where I was trying to transfer money was validated thru Capone test transfers and successful added!! So this process is useless?? Coming to question of waiting to speak to Security team , I have call records to prove Capone is lying about 7 min hold time!! I have tried 4-5 times in the evening before 8 p.m waiting for 15-20 mins each and in the morning at least for 15 mins, I have proof of no called up!!! So Capone can't disagree to the fact!! After speaking to customer care I was put on hold for 20 mins saying security team is very busy !! So if Capone can block illegally customer account and not have support team to speak to available at the same time, why should customer suffer because of this?? This is clear harassment and mental trauma!!! Show me which terms n conditions I have signed up to be harassed??? I have been harassed on more than one ocassion by Capone , there is another instance where there were some suspicious transactions that Capone carried out w/o my knowledge and refused to provide me info!!! IF this is called security , then I am ashamed that I am Capone customer!! Capone bank is just harassing me by putting account sanctions , and refusing a basic requirement of fund transfer!! I demand compensation and answers and REJECT Capone response ,as it doesnt include even an apology for mistreating and harassing me!!

I have been a loyal customer of capital one with my credit card and mortgage account's for a long time, I'm now very disappointed in there actions as what they have reported a late payment in October of 2016 to the credit bureaus, Each month I have made payments to them via calling them in, In September when I called my payment in the rep received my payment and did not disclose that payment was increased, ( as prior months I sent letters asking to escrow taxes in my payment, payment increase without proper notification)) after finding out they put that payment into a holding account and once I found out what was going on I made sure to call them and explain and make additional payments to get it resolved. when I called the rep in late November he expressed that if I faxed over a letter and explain the situation this late one time payment would get cleared up.. I have never been over 30 days late , Last few phone calls to them were extremely un professional and rude, especially when I talked to a rep in Texas named Susan. I will do my best to pass the word on how they treat there customers! I will make sure more complaint's on [redacted] and other Revdex.com agencies read.
