First of all these people do not understand PTSD. I asked them to educate themselves by visiting the [redacted] It would at the very least give us some common ground. My care giver and I made payments on their WEB site until they Updated/change their site. From the update/change until present we could no long gain access to Make payments. Capital One response was to make the payment another way. (PTSD) makes that hard for me and when my care giver and I resolved the second method of payment as a call to make Payment, Capital One refused to take the Payments by phone, (I wasn't in Texas until January 2015). She could make payments with my card on the internet but not by voice. Is something WRONG with this picture? I am receiving treatment at Houston's VA Medical Center, and that was the reason for the move. The cost of living here is at least 20% higher than where I lived. There is no way to catch up on the payments that were REFUSED. I again request that the payments Missed be placed at the end of the loan and to stop pinging my credit report. I have tried to sell the Vehicle to a dealership but they won't touch it because of the late payment, being the value is exactly what's owed on it. I tried to move into a single home but the same thing applies. I wish I didn't have these problems but I'm working on them. I do my best with what I have but some hurdles take time to resolve.

CAPITAL ONE IS ONE COMPANY WHO HAS BEEN DESTROYING PEOPLE. They have NO concern for people. Some people have been unemployed for over two years. As I have and only working part time to put a roof over my head and food on the table. Today I go to buy some grocery's and find out that my checking account has been frozen for garnishment Capital One has take all of our money and for the next week we do not have food on the table! All credit Card Companies should be held liable for American's who are without food and give back to people who they are destroying! But they will never help people! Capital One only has one thing in mind and Yes it is to hurt people and destroy people!

Very unsatisfied customer. My account was behind and I received a phone call about a payment. I said yes I would like to make a payment, half now the other in a few days. The employee said great we can assist you and bring your account current and in good standing. o I make half the payment and set up for them to debit the rest from my account in a week. Reminder this is September 2nd when we are speaking. I check online on September 3rd to see if my payment has posted and little do I know they closed my account In august. I am very unhappy and I called and spoke with a manager and she said there was nothing she can do. The person I made the payment to told me my account was not closed and would be current after the payments were processed. They lied to me and took my money without telling me the truth. Now I am stuck with a closed account and a hit on my credit after I was told it was open. Will not be recommending this company to anyone I know and will continue to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

So you are basically telling me that my initial claim from Feb 2014 to now that I have to wait another 18 months before you will even honor my benefit. I HAVE WORKED A TOTAL Of 8 hours since February 2014. I keep writing , I call and I have filed disputes with all three credit bureaus. When I call you just transfer me. I was on the phone almost three hours tonight with Capital One. I was transferred to 8 different people with no resolution with the only response being we will have someone call you back in 24 to 48 hours. DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND how frustrating this is. Do you need to be deceased for the benefit to work?

complaint. There was not an offer! They refused to send a statement, would not help me so I could pay the account. How can you charge off something, if you do not give the client a chance to pay it?? I have engaged legal council, they agree with my points. I am extremely disappointed in Captial one.

No one explained anything to me and they never called like the lady said and I never got nothing in the mail explaining this restriction This is unfair and I feel like because I'm a [redacted] their just pushing my case to the side. Capital One did not do an investigation on these charges their claiming I had on my account! I refuse to continue to pay on credit cards THAT ARE RESTRICTED and no one is investigating or letting me know whats going on!!!! if there is anything on my credit report for the Capital one credit cards I will be taking legal actions against them! I will fight about my rights and I will be contacting consumer credit protection!!!!!!!!
