I purchased 2 tickets to an event that was cancelled and they notified me on March 18th that the event was cancelled and that a refund will be sent in 2 weeks time. It is now over 2 months from their refund date and i've received or heard nothing back from them. I have emailed and called multiple times with absolutely no response back. I would like to receive my refund or at the very least, hold them legally responsible for their unfair business practices

Waiting on a refund from Brown Paper Tickets for an event was that was canceled on March 29th due to a Covid 19 pandemic, been receiving emails stating that they are working on the refund but its been 2 months now.... Literally wondering how hard is it to refund money when its all done electronically now days. THE EVENT I PURCHASED WAS CANCELLED AND HAVE A REQUESTED A REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS AND YOU CAN NOT CALL THEM AS NO ONE ANSWERS. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND AND THEY KEEP SENDING EMAILS THAT THEY WILL SEND IT HOWEVER NEVER ARRIVES. I WOULD JUST LIKE MY MONEY BACK

I purchased 4 tickets ($285.48) for the Murder Mystery for April 4, 2020 at The Governor's Inn. The show is canceled. I have been trying to get a refund since early April. Was initially told it would take a couple of weeks. That did not happen. They can not be reached by phone and my email's result in automated email messages saying "We are deeply sorry for the extended delay in getting your refund to you. " I not sure what to do from here to get my refund.

I purchased (3) tickets to an event scheduled for Saturday, 4/12. The total cost was $69. I received the event cancellation notice from Brown Paper Tickets on 3/16 and immediately reached out for refund. I have reached out several times via email and the refund time frame has come and gone. The company has since emailed about how they're sorry and working as quickly as possible, but I do not believe they have the cash flow to pay back the money they owe to their customers and am concerned I'll never see a refund.

It looks like a full refund was issued for this order on May 21 in response to a dispute from the card issuer. Refunds can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to be credited back, depending on your financial institution.Thank you,Brown Paper Tickets

We were notified April 28 a concert for which we had purchased a pair of tickets for $54.48, including the service fee, had been canceled, and to allow at least two weeks for our refund to be processed. It has been 22 days since, and our money has still not been refunded. To a May 18 email requesting our refund we received an automated email reply, telling us of the company's difficulty processing refunds -- instead of refunding the $54.48 we are owed. We will be filing a credit card chargeback if our refund isn't processed by day's end. Twenty-two days is more than enough time.

Seeking a refund for two tickets to an event scheduled for April 9, 2020 that was cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The total price for the two tickets was $43.98 and they were purchased on February 14, 2020. I requested a refund on March 29, 2020 but haven't had a response.

On March 2nd, I purchased four sessions of summer camp for my children. The summer camp was canceled on March 26th.
I have repeatedly tried to contact Brown Paper Tickets for a refund. They disconnected their phones and can only reach them via email at [email protected] or [email protected]. I've sent several emails. Initially, the automatic response was that Brown Paper Tickets is processing the refund and I will get a refund within 4-6 weeks. It has been over 4-6 weeks and there is still no refund. Now, there is a new message that they are still working on processing a refund. There is no estimate of how long it will take. It should not take long to issue a refund, when it did not take long to charge my credit card to begin with. Please help. Thank you!

Although we understand that the COVID situation has been difficult to navigate, it has been nearly two months since the camp was canceled and we are still awaiting a refund. Why haven't refunds been processed? A little more transparency would be appreciated, as would a firm date by which our refund will be issued. It has been nearly two months! I purchased a ticket in the amount of $132.24 for an event on January 20, 2020. The event was cancelled on 3/11/2020 and I was promised a refund within 3-10 days. Even after repeated emails to Brown Paper Tickets I haven't received a refund or acknowledgement of my request for a refund. I would like a refund of the ticket price I purchased.

Purchased tickets to a play, the play was canceled and we were sent to a website to request our money back. I finally received an answer yesterday stating they were trying get loans to pay people back. I should not have to wait for a refund.

I purchased tickets for *** author event on March 13, 2020, presented by the St. Louis County Public Library. The event event was cancelled due to Covid 19. I tried contacting Brown Paper Tickets by phone but was not able to do so, so I contacted them by email and asked for a refund. I received a reply from them that they would process as soon as possible but they were back logged. I then later received another email from them stating that they have laoid off staff and are working to pursue loans to speed up payments/refunds. I wish to receive a refund of the $40.00 I paid for the tickets.

I purchased tickets on January 8, 2020 for two tickets to a concert at Fogartyville in Sarasota Florida to take place April 19, 2020. I charged my tickets to a credit card in my wife’s name that has just today been cancelled, I waited as long as I could before cancelling card although refund might still be able to go to this credit card. I emailed BrownPaper Tickets on March 18, 2020 and received a response that it would take two weeks or more to issue refund. It has now been around 10 weeks. I have emailed them numerous times with no response. Tickets were $54.48 and confirmation number is #***.

I purchased a ticket from Brown Paper Tickets for a Speedo Sectional meet in Columbia, Missouri on March 11, 2020 in the amount of $74.49. I received an email from Brown Paper Tickets on March 12, 2020 stating that I would receive a refund in 3-10 business days. When that time passed I contacted them again and received another email on April 10, 2020 stating that I would receive a refund in 6 weeks. Today I received yet another email, this time stating that they don’t know when they are going to send me a refund.

On December 9, 2019 I purchased tickets for events at the Fort Bragg Whale Festival scheduled on March 21, 2020. On March 12, the event was cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns. On March 13 I submitted all of the information requested by Brown Paper Tickets for a refund of order/confirmation number *** and the reply was to allow two weeks for a refund to be issued. After about two weeks I sent an email inquiring about the refund, did not receive a response, and subsequent emails have also been ignored. Brown Paper Tickets has not sent any correspondence nor issued a refund as of to as of today. All I would like is my refund of $110.94.

Paid $175.00 on 2/10/20 for the *** 2020 through Brown Paper Bag. *** was cancelled and received a notice on 03/12/2020 that Brown Paper Bag would refund my money in 7-10 business days. It is now 05/18/20 and after my company has made several request for our refunds the Brown Paper Bag company has still not refunded our funds.

An event at Winston Salem Theater Alliance was canceled due to Covid-19. The event was the show EVITA on 03/26/2020. I contacted Brown paper Tickets for a refund on March 17, 2020, again on April 17,2020, again April 27, 2020 to verify credit card # confirmation # and ticket numbers and again on May 8, 2020. All I get back is a computer generated email telling me that they are short staff due to Covid-19 ect ect and my refund would be processed in 2-6 weeks and reference my case number ect ect. Other ticket agencies are dealing with same issues and I've received refunds from them.
All I'm asking for is $35.10 credit to the visa I used to purchase tickets. $35.10 was 1/2 of the original order placed 02/08/20. The other $35.10 was for another show (BUDDY) that we saw and did not get canceled. Total amount came to $70.20 on 02/08/20 confirmation #

Purchased 2 tickets to the Canadian Folk Music Awards scheduled for April 3rd and 4th through Brown Paper Tickets at a cost of $127.98 Paid on Mastercard and Brown Paper Ticket confirmation number is ***. Received notification March 19th that the event was cancelled. Submitted requested information for a refund on March 19th with follow up emails on April 14th and April 24th. Is now May 19th and have had no response at all from Brown Paper Tickets.

I purchased tickets to an event that was to be held on April 18th. The event was cancelled on 3/16/20. At that time, I was told I would be getting a refund. After two and a half weeks, I called and they told me another 2 to 3 weeks. I called two weeks later, and was told the same thing. I tried to call again, and they have now discontinued their phone support. I e-mailed their refunds department twice in three weeks. Both times, I received a form letter in response. I tried to e-mail their support department and again received a form letter. I have been waiting 8 weeks for this refund.

A check issued for an event I hosted was canceled by Brown Paper Tickets and I have yet to receive payment they owe for tickets purchased through their site. The check issued to me on 2/19/20 for $2427.30 was canceled days after I deposited it. I have not been able to contact their accounting department or customer service.
