Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This answer from Facebook blatantly shows the legitimacy of the complaintThere is no type of real service or accountability from Facebook, they are a faceless giantCompanies like this need to be regulatedThis is absolutely horribleI spend my time writing a formal complaint and pointing out what my concerns are and pleading for help and they send back a generic response which fully proves nobody even read the messageI also reject this response because I have used the method they have said to use for the issue on a daily basis with absolutely no responseIf a company invest hundreds of thousands of dollars into another companies platform there should be some type Protection for the parties involvedThis shouldn't have to be a legal caseIt should be able to be resolved by peopleThe fact that Facebook and Instagram are not taking this even remotely serious is disheartening and terrifyingI have invested so much into this and they ignore there is even someone reaching out to them Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have already done this I sent In different forms of I'd and with the last one however it no longer will even allow me to access my support tickets as it just tells me my account is disabled provides the same links I click it tells me to sign in, I try and it says your account has been disabled provides links if I think this is in error, I click the link and it takes me to a page says to view your support ticket log in to continue I try to sign in, your account has been disabled links if you think error, I click link it takes me to a page says to view your support ticket sign into continue, I try again, your accounts disabled if you feel in error click link I do this well I could keep rewriting this over and over to make my point but that's your line...Sincerely, [redacted]
