I am not sure why my personal page is relevantThe issue regards a business page and I am not comfortable with connecting personal information for Facebook to retaliate in the futureI am not particularly inclined to trust a business that condones the practices I am reporting not to partake in other problematic procedures with my personal informationWhile I am aware that my contact information and name are listed on the complaint (I assume), I want to expressly state that my personal participation with the company (Facebook) is not in question and should not need to be included in the complaint file A direct link to Facebook pages you refer to in your complaint: [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me in the sense that my account has been reactivated, which was my primary concernHowever, I am still unsatisfied with the lack of availability of any customer service staff for Facebook through which to report problems or grievancesMy friends whose accounts were disabled at the same time as mine were all notified that they were ineligible for accounts but no explanation was provided to them and they have no way to reach out to Facebook to resolve this issue since there is no contact information for an actual human being representing the companyAll email correspondence from Facebook is automated, which does not allow for a meaningful responseThis is, in my opinion, a great oversight on Facebook's part; a company that large should be able to afford a support staff for its usersSincerely, [redacted]

My initial complaint stated EVERYTHING yet [redacted] asks for “please respond with as much detail as possible, including links (URLs) to the profiles, Pages”, my Consumer Information has my REAL name [redacted] ***, my telephone number [redacted] ***, my email [redacted] , yet you ask me for more details, I assume you don't have the skills to use a search tool, or I'm simply talking to someone who really has no access to any tools, nor the ability to solve this matter Even so, I've given you ALSO the link to my profile, yet you ask again for more details, what more details do you want than my name, my telephone, my email, my profile url, the issue described in detail? The fact is, no matter what I say, you will always respond with a generic answer, because you don't have the facility to do anything else, and I'm sick of it, this must be illegal, and I'm thinking of creating a go fund me page to take Facebook to court for wasting my time over and over againBecause over the years I've had complaints I always get the generic response “please provide more info”, “please have a look at these links”, I think there will be [redacted] if not hundreds of [redacted] of people with the same issue, and I got the feeling they have enough of your business practiseTaking money and not spending any on customer service For your information, because I assume clicking back and looking at the previous messages is not within your skillset, here is the ISSUE DESCRIBED IN DETAILIF IT AIN'T CLEAR, YOU CAN PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL ME I will summarize my complaint in dot points - customer since - spend several [redacted] of dollars on advertising to build a profile, brand, community plus business with facebook - on July my access to facebook has been removed - access to my SMS AND FB Messenger was taken away (how can this be legal? access to SMS on my phone taken away!) - access to contact with clients via FB Messenger taken away - I receive an email from fb with the link "Get back on Facebook" I follow the steps - the steps FORCE me to change my name, as they say that [redacted] is not my real name - there is no other way to contact the Facebook, there was no other way to proceed other than changing my name to something it is not - I'm now called something other than my REAL name, this was forced on me, I could not even choose something more acceptable like " [redacted] ***", I tried all combinations - this name change is affecting my profile, the groups I worked hard to become part of, the money I spend on my profile - A profile is part of a business, even though it's personal, it's part of the business, and that becomes clear as I also had not further access to manage my Business pages, my groups, all which I invested a lot of money in - there is no telling how many people have unfriended me since they no longer recognize my profile, this is unacceptable - what makes this incredibly infuriating is the fact I have previously submitted my id to facebook, is once not enough? I have paid them through my credit card which is assigned to my REAL name [redacted] ***, I have paid them through [redacted] which is assigned to my real name [redacted] - this whole matter has caused me incredible duress How can it be legal for a business not to be EASILY contactable? I've run a poll on FB and 99% of the people do not know how to contact FBIf you go to HELP on facebook and type "Contact facebook" there is no option to do so, as advanced as fb is, this should be the first thing that pops up, how to call facebook, how to speak to a real person, it's illegal not to have this Just in case the above is not clear to you, here is the summary My real official birth name is [redacted] ***, I have submitted my ID to you more than months before this issue, I have re-submitted the ID, you have accepted [redacted] of dollars through my credit card and [redacted] account which has my real name [redacted] on it, yet you have forced me to CHANCE my name to something it is notI'm asking for [redacted] , $ [redacted] a day for each since the the name change was forced till the day my name has been restoredI'm asking for a public apology So far we're days in, $***, keep stretchingYou would think that if you had access to some kind of system to solve matters you would have just gone in, verified everything, restored my name within a heartbeat, right? Fact is, you have access to nothing, you just there to read complaints and point people to links that do nothingJust in case you don't know what I mean; I ALREADY SUBMITTED MY ID TWO TIMES FOR YOU, MY ID HAS ALREADY BEEN VERIFIED EIGHT MONTHS AGO!!! I'm asking to be put in touch with someone higher up in the complaints department, I do not want to speak to [redacted] or ***, and why am I talking to two different people anyway?
