Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have done what they saidEvery time there is a problem,I tell themYet,for all my effort and discipline all I ever get from them is some kind of "We-could-care-less" canned response like "Your feedback will be used to improve FacebookThanks for taking the time to make a report." Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Facebook answered providing a link to their regular account cancel process, which forces me to include my personal mobile phoneFinally, I did it so I could cancel the account (second attempt, we'll see if this time they don't reopen it)Let me remember that I didn't create that account, even when it was linked to my personal email It is a shame that Facebook don't send a confirmation link when an account is created!
