I actually have two separate Facebook pages that are both having the same issuesFacebook has blocked both of them for no apparent reasonThe username for the first account is [redacted] and that link is [redacted] and the second account username is [redacted] and that link is [redacted] hank you!

If FB didn't feel that action was possible to take as it pertained to this issue....then why did [redacted] request that I send the URL and offer to assist me initiallyI sent over the URL to both profiles...because as I expressed during my initial email, I have gone thru all proper channels including the Helpdesk and was offered a generic and automated response that they appreciated my feedback but nothing could be doneIf technical issues cant be addressed or the fact that this is a service that FB claimed to offer its members, yet it appears that this option isnt offered to all members...but to a select fewI have requested that facebook would please in good faith repair this issue because it has affected my business and marketing and promotions have been done to promote this interview with a celebrityIm sending the URL again, that [redacted] initially requested [redacted] Please go thru the previous correspondance to see the initial messages from ***I would appreciate if FB would honor what was initially mentioned Sincerely, [redacted] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it, once again, does not address the refund incurred by the inconvenienceFurthermore, thousands of spam likes is not exactly a hack, we have control over the page but have no control over spam likesWe see that most of the spam likes have been cleared (through the helpful interference of FB official Mr [redacted] ) so now we need to sort out the refundThe service which we paid for was interrupted because of these spam likes so we'll need the requested refundAs stated earlier, the account is inactive so refer to the previous correspondence to issue the refund for $ [redacted] Account # [redacted] [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
