Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Before filing the complaint with the Revdex.com I had previously tried all the links that were provided in this response but to no availI am asking for the following resolutionLink my Fan Page [redacted] to my FB Personal Page [redacted] by making [redacted] the ADMIN for [redacted] FB deleted my personal page at [redacted] because someone reported it as a hacked pageThis page was originally created to link my Business Page [redacted] because I've had the [redacted] page for many years before you had to link them to a personal pageI have spent money with FB over the years for advertisements on that page and now, because I have no access to the page, I have lost the "Likes" and all the Advertising money I have spent on the pageIf I cannot have my Fan Page back, I would like a complete refund of all the money I have spent in Advertising on that page However, the resolution is simpleMake my personal page [redacted] the ADMIN for my Fan Page [redacted] so I can once again have access to the page Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: ok again the options on [redacted] to get my account back won't work for me because when I made my account I didn't put my real birth day and I no longer have the only computer that I used to log into Facebook it's brokeI tried the Id option but I was denied even thoThe Id has the same name as my facebook account and the email that you were sending messages to is the login for the accountSoNow please explain how do I get my account back if the only options don't work and the account was not compromisedAnd the account has been locked for a long time..Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Dear Revdex.com & Facebook:The problem with Facebook is that they keep trying to get people who are NOT customers to create accountsSomeone used my e-mail and managed to reactivate a Facebook account I created about years ago and tried for a few weeks before closing the accountIn all of Facebook's responses they want you log in and create passwordsI am not a customerI do not use FacebookI did not reactivate my old accountFacebook needs to provide people with ways to contact them and resolve issues -- especially when security and privacy are involvedNo one should be using my e-mail on Facebook for their own account or trying to hack an old account Facebook needs to provide the public with a phone number and an e-mail address for resolving this kind of issue Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThey have asked for additional information so that they may be able to resolve my issueAs I have mentioned before, I am not able to retrieve the security code from facebook in order to verify additional emails with my accountI know that this is specific to the account and not anything else as I have called my ISP and even made a second "test" account to see if I could verify the exact same email address and the security code was recieved, however, my current account doesn't get security emails sent to ANY emailBecause this is presumeably not an issue that can be solved through informing me of something I am unaware of (given that information in the 'help center' was insufficient) or could be fixed on a larger scale (given that many others have had this issue on the facebook help center forums) I would appreciate this issue being resolved manually through emailing my account with a security code or providing an alternative method to attaching my educational email to my facebook account.Here is my facebook account as requested: [redacted] and the email which I would like to attach to it is as follows: [redacted] Thanks for looking into this,Sincerely [redacted]
