Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: None of the help centre links were able to solve my issueI was looking for a call back from Facebook support to walk me through the glitch, not another scripted answer linking to an FAQ pageI have since been able to reaccess my account by talking to others online through a forum who came across the same issue and received no help from FacebookEssentially, I was forced to turn of two factor authentication (the new security feature that caused me to have issues in the first place) in order to regain access to my account In closing, I have solved the login issue, with no help from Facebook and their support team and recommend that they be held accountable for providing appropriate levels of support for their advertising community Thank you Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] Hi, Please see screen shots: [redacted] - shows no username set [redacted] - I try and set [redacted] but says not possible If you goto [redacted] you will see I already have that name though When I initially started using the facebook messenger app, it made the set username vanish, even though it is still assignedSo this appears to be a bug - I need you to fix this so that it shows my username is set to [redacted] just as using the URL shows (it works) (I set [redacted] as the username when you first allowed these to be set back many years ago and I have never changed it) Sincerely, [redacted]
