Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Facebook did not address my complaint at allThe want me to allow THEIR software into my computer to clean itI proved in my inital complaint that they are mistakenProof #1) I am able to access facebook through my deceased daughter's account on the same computer 2) I ran a thorough disk scan of my entire compter times with [redacted] security and my computer did not have even one issureFacebook claims my computer needs cleaningit does not need cleaning I have not been able to access my account on Facebook in days and it is making my ability to earn income more difficultIt is taking me longer to accomplish my workI share businees ideas with clients through my facebook account.Facebook will not allow me to acess my account unless I click to run their software on my computerI want them to remove this forced action and allow me access to my accountHere is the information: my account is at [redacted] and my facebook account is j [redacted] .Thank you Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Facebook has taken it upon themselves to DELETE my Facebook page for my salon. There is nothing I can do at this point but start all over in getting my clients to like whatever new social media I create for my salon and get new reviews. Everything I had established on my Facebook page for my salon has been eliminated. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Without a photo on the [redacted] profile, the Facebook tool will not allow me to report it as impersonating and also bullying with nasty content with me having same nameI want the [redacted] profile deleted as it is not a real Facebook with no pictures, no friends and has ridiculously gross content that should be removed at once What if I passed away and this person who created this profile puts a picture of me? Can you please review that profile and find it is unfit for a "real" Facebook profile and it should not exist Sincerely, [redacted]
