Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My problem is not fixedI can log in to my Facebook account on my iPhone, but not on my Mac laptopWhen I sign in on my Mac, I am directed to a page to search for my name, email or phone numberI know the name, phone number and email associated with my account but when I type those in, none of them bring me to my accountIt's as if my account has no name, phone number or email associated with itSimilarly, when I am on my mobile app on my phone and click "account settings," I am logged out of my accountI can click my picture to log back in, but when I click "account settings," once more I am logged out of my accountI tried to message the Facebook Help Center, but when they responded to my message I could not view the message because I was logged outI believe this is all because a few weeks ago I temporarily deactivated my account for a few days, but I never permanently deleted my accountI would like my account to be fully restored so this stops happening Sincerely, [redacted]
