Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] (how he? spelled it) kept closing my complaint The complaint was: 1) that someone in a game chat was using a program to read other players' FB ID and posting their profiles publicly, in the chat 2) I had an absolutely TERRIBLE time trying to find how to report it; upon receiving the complaint, [redacted] sent back a canned reply, basically telling me that it seemed to be a game problem and to contact the gameI responded that the game had told me it was FB's issueHe sent me the same reply, upon which, I will admit, I got madI reopened the complaint, as he had closed it a second time and informed him my question as to whose responsibility the chat was had not been answeredHe closed it again, with no responseAt some point, I asked to communicate with a supervisorNo response from [redacted] - he closed the complaintThis happened 5-timesWhen I emailed to let him know I had filed a complaint with Revdex.com, he responded with a happy face So, my complaint to Revdex.com was the treatment of myself by a so-called customer repIn my mind, this rep is not equipped with the correct communication skills and seems to be on a *bit [redacted] of a power trip The manner in which my original complaint about the game chat and subsequent question as to whose responsibility IS the chat associated with games remains unanswered and therefore unresolvedIt is the manner in which I was treated that I am still angry and upset aboutIt was not respectful customer serviceSo no, I am NOT satisfied with FB response [redacted]

[redacted] This page was created by a former employee and can not be edited or updated by the business owners. My client wants it GONE. I have reported this page 3-5 times per month for 12 months as being a duplicate page. FaceBook has done nothing in 12 months to address this situation. PLEASE do so now. Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: again this is some sort of auto responseFacebook put my account in a status that I'm supposed to wait for them to respond, Facebook won't allow me to log inThis is what the complaint is about, it's been months that I've been not allowed to enter my account, the problem is Facebook doesn't ha e a person to deal with, it's all automated responses that get you nowhere, one would think that a responsible business would take the time to address emails and respond and give me the opportunity to access my account, you think I have a fake name with no proof other then "someone reported it as such" I responded and have been waiting months for a response from someone at facebook Sincerely, [redacted]

Here is the problem someone else who we don't know & isn't authorized is using our [redacted] account to open a Facebook account which is against our policy & we don't have a Facebook account but Facebook doesn't have a methods for people who don't have Facebook accounts to report this We went to Law enforcement as it is identity theft but they said they tried & could not find a way of contacting also as all previous methods of email were bounced back as undeliverable
