Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: FIRST OFF, I WANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FACEBOOK IS MAKING AN EFFORT TO FIX THINGS, so I am waiting for Facebook to be able to figure out what is going wrong soonBut the Revdex.com is the only way I available to communicate with them since there is no other way of reaching them--not even through their Online Help CenterI will contact you by phone to keep you updated Initially, it seemed like the issue had been fixed but unfortunately, it was only a temporary fixI had access to the site for three days: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday(I had even emailed you, the Revdex.com, a positive update--Please see sopy-pasted text below.) Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is just some "copy and paste" response from FacebookI've already explained that I've looked through the help center and I've even checked forums from people with the same problemFYI: People with the same problem complain about Facebook as well because we can't get help or straight answersI am rejecting this response because it's worthlessWhat I actually did was report myself on Facebook saying that my account had been hacked into...and I actually got a response and was able to unlock my accountSo really this issue can be marked as resolved because I took care of itHowever, I think Revdex.com needs to give Facebook a low rating because they didn't actually help me and gave me a scripted response [redacted]
