Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I repeatedly filled out the form with no response Changing my password did nothing as it was requesting a code from the code generator which it never sent me I finally was able to get into my account only after opening a new one and then receiving an email from Facebook saying my phone number has been used for another account so all security from old account were disabled If I would have known that I would have not sent numerous friend requests to try and restore what I had lost I am not happy with their lack of customer service I am back into my account and moving on Thank You for your responses! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not had access to my account now for daysThis has greatly impacted my businessAnd I am now complexly dissatisfied with FBI hoped that FB would do their diligence and find the person who reported my account and read their response as to why they are reporting me and match that up with the content that has been on my page for the past yearsI have had the same FB name for years, in fact when you create a FB account you are not required to provide a photo IDI wonder what FB users would think if they learned of this information because the friends I have spoken too, have responded with, "What? They are asking for what? That's outrageous!" I do not feel safe with providing my identification to a company that I cannot contactI cannot email, I cannot call, I cannot instant message...nothingI had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com to get in contact with FBIf I cannot contact a company then how can I comply or feel comfortable with any of their policies?
