Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I don't know what a URL is Can't they just type my name in and delete my account I have sent my picture in numerous times, and they say they will review it they have sent me emails of friends to add to my account which I can't access, and now they are texting me to check my facebook messages I just want facebook out of my life If they can email and text me, can't they contact me directly and make all this go away? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is NOT satisfactory to me The response via Revdex.com simply sent me back to the exact page where I already submitted a request for help days earlierHowever, after waiting days, my request for help did receive a response outside of Revdex.com which did answer one of my questionsAdditionally, I was able to solve my own problem by that time without any help at all from FacebookI strongly suggest that Facebook reevaluate its customer service or lack thereofPersonally, I'll never use their service again and will advise friends and family to do the same Sincerely, [redacted] ***
