Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response from FB does not address my initial complaintThis is also the reason I was frustratedly complaining in the first place, THEY DON'T LISTEN OR PAY ATTENTIONTheir response is nothing but a form letter, they haven't even read or understood my difficulties I am locked out of my FB account because FB suspect 'suspicious activity'When I send in the requested documents they reject them on the basis of not matching details on the account and not being an acceptable form of IDThey are wrong on both accounts - the details on the ID are the same as the account and a full UK Driving License is an accepted form of IDAfter all this is said and done I end up at square one where they want me to send them IDHELLPPPPP!!! I suggest FB actually read my initial complaint and understand what the problem is - the issue is at their endOr at the very least send me a response from a real person telling me how to resolve the issue, and not an automated reply Sincerely, [redacted]
