Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: AGAIN, this information is completely useless to meI contacted the Revdex.com to obtain a resolution from Facebook, not to receive pacificationI have already received a response from Facebook through the Revdex.com platform stating that my account was being reviewedThat was a week ago now and I still do not have accessTherefore, telling me the same thing, is not a resolution that I will accept and will continue to reject the responses from Facebook if my ACTUAL complaint is not resolvedUnfortunately, telling me that I will be contacted if further information is needed is not going to resolve the issueI don't have confidence that I will be contacted outside of the Revdex.com platform because the only contact that I am receiving from Facebook IS through the Revdex.com platformHowever, the responses are not addressing my problemI have been locked out of my account for over a month now and need immediate access Again, I need to be contacted by someone who can resolve my situation immediatelyThis is getting out of hand Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI do want to include though that when I did report the situation to the links given above at the time, Facebook repeatedly stated that what was going on was not against their Community StandardsAfter having to report the issue multiple times, were the comments finally removed, and the user in question had his profile deleted as wellWhere as I did get the issue handled, it should not have taken as long as it didYou chose to protect a user who was slandering me, and not to protect the actual victim in this caseI wound up filing a police report as well because you would not take care of the issue initially Sincerely, [redacted] ***
