Complaint: [redacted]Please ignore the "SUBJECT" of this e-mail, as the Revdex.com places it there without my input.
The Revdex.com strips any e-mail addresses or contact information from your responses - so I have been unable to reply to your e-mails (There is no "reply" option via the Revdex.com panel - the only options I am provided are "this solved my problem" or "I reject this solution". The only way I can correspond is via the Revdex.com's interface, and "rejecting" the response. Otherwise, it closes the case and gives me no other option to contact Facebook. If there is a different e-mail address I might send replies to, and a case number - please let me know and I will be happy to do that.Again, my complaint is simply that I am an English speaking/reading customer who had set my profile language preference in Facebook to FRENCH. It was set this way so that I might try to learn French. However, when Facebook disabled my account, I was unable to read the prompts, because they were in French and gave me no way to change the prompt to English- I tried to use translation, and I thought I was accepting an offer to convert my profile to a Musician Profile (as I am a musician). However, I have been unable to read any of the prompts because Facebook does not give me the opportunity to change Language back to English. (To me, this is a severe oversight on the part of Facebook's design in this area). I am simply requesting help in order to have my former personal profile converted to a musician page. My e-mail address is [redacted] please respond to it, and I will close this case with the Revdex.com. Right now, the Revdex.com is the only avenue open to me in order to contact Facebook.
