Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the link fb provided you does not work.  I have enclosed a photo of another attempt to help with a broken link.  What is happening is they are sending me links and they lead no where.  They have recently asked me to separate my cases with them since it is for fundraisers and overbilling.  They have closed the fundraiser case without even reading my photos that asked me to submit.  They keep sending notice my fundraiser will pay.  Their payment cycle is every 15 days so I have received notice beginning of June, middle of June and now for the same payment doe to me.  My account is connected and payment can be made.  It just isn't getting done . They have closed the fundraiser case telling me to tell the non-profit I received money for to file a claim.  But they closed my case without agreement in resolution.  I don't trust them to give my non-profit money since they have not since April and failed to notify me there were any problems.  There are activist suppression going on in facebook that have now been outed in the public eye 7/3/17.  I am[redacted], my non profit is [redacted] another[redacted].  It is this reason I believe I am having all these problems.  Because, not only do I have double billing, unpaid fundraising funds I also, have a suppression on my pages.  It is a fact.  please, help me make it right and ask that they call me.

All links provided Facebook's response are useless and does not address the issue. The account was not removed permanently due to a likely *glitch. I have used links provided and it was not helpful. I cannot log into or use "forgot password". When I submitted request years ago, it was suppose to be permanently deleted / deactivated. I have tried to use "forgot password" and received this: No Search Results Your search did not return any results. Please try again with other information." Due to a possible *glitch in Facebook software, the account was not removed however the email address associated with it was likely removed from Facebook system - *however due to possible glitch the account remained.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Before filing the complaint with the Revdex.com I had previously tried all the links that were provided in this response but to no avail. I am asking for the following resolution. Link my Fan Page [redacted] to my FB Personal Page[redacted] by making [redacted] the ADMIN for[redacted]
 
FB deleted my personal page at[redacted] because someone reported it as a hacked page. This page was originally created to link my Business Page [redacted] because I've had the[redacted] page for many years before you had to link them to a personal page. I have spent money with FB over the years for advertisements on that page and now, because I have no access to the page, I have lost the "Likes" and all the Advertising money I have spent on the page. If I cannot have my Fan Page back, I would like a complete refund of all the money I have spent in Advertising on that page. 
 
However, the resolution is simple. Make my personal page[redacted] the ADMIN for my Fan Page[redacted] so I can once again have access to the page.

personal account is locked out for 30 days becaouse of this. I use this account to keep in touch with family around the world including updates on sick family members I cannot communicate with elsewhere. At least bring back my personal account.

I am rejecting this response because:I have already tried these recommended options and cannot access my Facebook account. I sent the complaint with the intent of deleting or hiding the profile because I can no longer access it. Facebook has responded as if they did not actually read my complaint. All the things I addressed in my complaint would have answered many of the questions Facebook had in their response. Just to restate my intention, I want Facebook to delete my account that I can no longer access because it causes confusion among my friends and family.
