Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: they did not provide a way for me to contact them. They sent me three dead end links that were no help at all. I don't think this company has a way to be reached. There is no way a company of this size and statue should carry an A rating with you guys. I think its funny that you guys get contact info but none of the rest of us do. Please degrade their score to motivate them to be a better business with at least some form of customer service.

I am rejecting this response because: Of the fact that I have already tried what they have said to do in regards to the support page on Facebook, I still cannot access the feature even after it says how to find the app on Facebook, it is not available to me and I am not happy about it, I don't understand why the feature "is not available for all users" The response was not helpful at all and would like it resolved.

issue. I am no longer blocked because the block ran its course before you responded. The issue remains because people are still getting banned for saying particular words with no regard for the context in which they're said.It seems to me that videos depicting cruelty to animals, the beheading of human beings and pornography are all uploaded to Facebook with no problem, but using the wrong word means I'm blocked for several days, increasing with each usage. Why are certain words banned, yet images and videos are still allowed to be hosted on the site. Surely this is counter-intuitive? Not only that, but is writing [redacted] or [redacted] not just as offensive? Everyone knows what really lies behind those replaced letters.So, with regard to censorship, either:a) Facebook are more concerned with people being offended by words than they are with them being mentally scarred and desensitized to violent and sexual imagery.b) Facebook does not care that their website hosts violent, sexual, and illegal content.This issue will be resolved when the community standards are changed to allow freedom of speech regardless of usage of words. If the standards are not changed, your company is admitting that it does not care about hosting adult and/or illegal content.

Nope. It's been disabled by Facebook after it was hacked. This link will not work. If you spent more than 3 seconds looking into the issue you would see the status of this account. Again, terrible service, even through the Revdex.com. I don't think you guys are capable of doing any better sadly.
