The link you sent was to help me access my FB page. I have tried this route before and there has been nothing I can do. This page was taken over by someone else completely and I want it deleted. I have been through all of the steps sending links etc. to prove this page at one time belonged to me and that the art on it is my intellectual property, which there should be a record of. It takes time to gather and send all of the urls and info and after having done all of that work once before I don't feel that I should have to do it again. If you would have deleted the page the first time I tried and sent all of the info we wouldn't be here right now. There is still an ongoing criminal investigation for stalking, harassment,abuse and rape for the person that took over this page. FB is making this situation harder on me and I'm having to relive some really painful things because if FB not removing this page over a year ago. If this page isn't removed I will be forced to take some kind of legal action against FB.

I am rejecting this response because: You are stating this is not the channel to deal with an imposter account. I reported the imposter page and vulgar posts several times through the Facebook "Support" system and repeatedly received a response that the page did not violate the community standards. I am again requesting the page to be taken down. I've reported the page and content through Facebook over 25 times.

As with the previous response they are using a generic "canned" response that is not personal and DOES NOT ADDRESS the issue of the complaint.
Facebook in this and previous response states to go to their page and learn about reporting policies, in which they themselves' Facebook, do not adhere.
When Facebook can give a personal response that truly addresses the complaint, as I have stated before, I will think about settling this issue.Sincerely,[redacted]

It is exactly the same as Facebook's previous email which, in effect, was/is not a response, merely a statement that they are still looking into the issue and thank me for my patience. As such there is nothing for me to accept or reject.
Additionally, I would like to reiterate that, as I do not have a Facebook account I have not ‘agreed’ to the previously mentioned ‘Statement of Rights and Responsibilities’ in any way and do not see why they are relevant to me. However, having read them online I can clearly see why the specific page for which I have lodged a complaint violates them, both in terms of the way it was registered and the way in which it is allowed to continually violate my rights.

thank you for the response and for taking the time for trying to solve my problem
however facebook response was not satisfactory to me, the reason is that I tried what they have mentioned in their response before and it didn't work
in fact it seems that they didn't read my original complaint well as I explained there everything happened with my account.
I did explained that its not matter of a password as I know the password of my account and also I have access to the email too,but I don't have access anymore to the phone number registered in the account from few years and facebook is sending me the confirmation code to that phone number which I don't have access to anymore, that's why I did complied last time after trying to solve my issue for days and weeks, so the Help centre didn't give me any useful solution for my specific problem, so please whoever is reading my complain in facebook can you help me to restore my account?

This avenue is not working either to get my Facebook back. I have had the same Facebook for many years. This is so upsetting that no one can help me. I am going to the media. I have so many pictures of people that were close to me that passed away. Those pictures can never be recovered or replaced. I am so upset about this.
why can't I have a direct contact to help figure out what is going on? Why can't I talk to someone on the phone, verify my identity by any means possible, and get my Facebook back. This is absolutely crazy.
