So long as we don't do this again in December of next year. This is twice they have agreed and twice I have had deal with sending in verification. So they need to fix the software so it knows I have already verified who I am.

Hello, I am the adviser for our high school News Journalism program. As I indicated in my initial complaint, the automated help process does not recognize my email address or my account name.  I cannot effect any change or response using it.  Despite this, I am receiving updates at my email address ([email protected]).  I cannot resolve this complaint using the automated help resources.

We have attempted to contact FACEBOOK through the normal requirements BUT ONLY RECEIVE FORMATTED REPLIES WITH NO SOLUTIONS. IE: "Thank you for taking the time to report something that you feel may violate our Community Standards. Reports like yours are an important part of making Facebook a safe and welcoming environment. We reviewed the profile you reported and found it doesn't violate our Community Standards".  Uh, Facebook.. [redacted] and [redacted] aren’t real people. Facebook even states in their own policy that “real names must be used”
What names are allowed on Facebook?Facebook is a community where everyone uses the name they go by in everyday life. This makes it so that you always know who you're connecting with and helps keep our community safe.
Your name can't include:Symbols, numbers, unusual capitalization, repeating characters or punctuation
Characters from multiple languages
Titles of any kind (ex: professional, religious)
Words or phrases in place of a name
Offensive or suggestive words of any kind
If your name follows our standards and you're still having trouble changing it, find out why.
Other things to keep in mind:The name on your profile should be the name that your friends call you in everyday life. This name should also appear on an ID or document from our ID list.
