Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have tried all the online options. As per your message, I am providing you the details needed. There is a message thread with the user "Facebook User" that was previously showing as [redacted] and all of his messages show "This message has been temporarily removed because the sender's account requires verification." I totally get the need for that to happen for further communications. However, I need the messages by him that are completely masked by this message (see above). That is all. The message thread runs from May 7, 2015 to September 12, 2015. Is there any way to unmask the messages for even one day and I will be happy to download a new archival version of the messages? Thank you.Sincerely,[redacted]

This link is the generic link you can find easily on Facebook and the one I've tried many times. I don't feel as if my complaint has been read properly or taken seriously.Sincerely,[redacted]

Maybe this attachment will help you understand I know some people are visual learners..... Having my password is not the problem I know the log in info for my account your company [fb] has locked my account I sent my id in to you guys to verify and no one has yet to do so and release my account....
