I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is NOT satisfactory to me. The response via Revdex.com simply sent me back to the exact page where I already submitted a request for help 10 days earlier. However, after waiting 5 days, my request for help did receive a response outside of Revdex.com which did answer one of my questions. Additionally, I was able to solve my own problem by that time without any help at all from Facebook. I strongly suggest that Facebook reevaluate its customer service or lack thereof. Personally, I'll never use their service again and will advise friends and family to do the same.

I already tried that, that's why I complained because I could not get a response from anyone. Upon using that link, you are sent an email that you must respond to in order to for them to look into your issue. When I respond to the email they send, I get a message back saying that the email does not exist. I cannot contact someone like this, so I want someone to contact me about it. Preferrably by phone. All I want is for them to contact me to fix this, either by phone or email, as this link only provides an email you cannot send anything back to.

Hello!
I would like this reopened because the business has not done anything to rectify the situation. I believe they were trying because they asked for the email associated with the business page, and I responded asking the Revdex.com to forward that information to them: [redacted] , From [redacted] is the name that needs to be changed to [redacted].

The issue was not addressed at all. I was told the issue was resolved by the business, without any resolution. Facebook literally has THE BEST evading tactics on the planet.Sincerely,[redacted]

I've been a member of Facebook for around 12 years and have never had an issue. I can't imagine whatever you took down was worthy of deleting my account permanently. No warning/ no contact from FB in any way.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It's basically the same response I get all the time, they don't explain why they disabled my account, I had that account since 2013 without any problem, I'm not a troll or hater, I don't go around molesting other users, I use Facebook to contact with my friends, talk to them, share my interests and likes and the pictures I take on my daily life, also my work.
I'ts unfair since I saw actual trolls while I was on FB and the administration didn't do anything, but they come and disable my account out of nowhere, without explanation, I wonder what kind of people are in charge of checking up on that.
