Why can't you resolve this through Revdex.comYou are a business and accredited through the Revdex.comI am having a major issue with your business and the services of which you provideTherefore, you will work through Revdex.com to help resolve the issue of me not being able to gain access to my profile nor be able to deactivate my Facebook accountI find it very disturbing that you are a Social Networking Business and do not have the expertise to look into the issue nor the IT/expert developers to undo what has happenedThere is an obvious glitch between me putting in my information, username/password, both of which are correct, and the profile opening up for me to view it SOMETHING is causing it to not allow me access, on any computer that I try it onThe ONLY way I can access my profile is through downloading the FB app onto my phone but that still doesn't enable all featuresThis is a computer error and a human error and someone needs to figure this outSincerely,*** ***

I have already gone through the help center and followed all the links, put in a ticket, sent in a copy of my identification as well as a copy of my credit card that is on my facebook account proving it is my accountI still have an open ticket, Case* ***,that has not been responded to that I to reopen twicewould just like my account unlocked so I can change my name from the gamer name *** *** that I was using to my proper name and not lose all the money I have spent on the games I play.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Chances are that my matter does not relate to alleged infringements or violation of my legal rights as stated on the Response I got from the provided linkIf such violations are for copyrights and trademark only, then the Resolution I will get from Facebook is nullThere are links available on facebook that a person with blocked links can appeal but facebook and I both know, it wont work as they clearly states they might not respond and for sure they do not response

I am rejecting this response because: I have already filed a report with Facebook’s Intellectual Property Operations on March 24th of this year,[redacted] (case[redacted] -- [redacted] Report Form). I specifically spoke with [redacted] of Intellectual Operations, they were of little assistance however and only seemed to give me unhelpful information. As I had said in my original report, the business kindly agreed to transferring the username to me. They even went to the extent of deleting (on March 21st) their Facebook page,[redacted], so I could have the available username [redacted] Please reconsider the information I have given you in my previous arguments because this problem should not be occurring, unless Facebook has little control over their usernames given out. In which case, that would be a much more substantial problem for them.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, only if they are going to do something about this. They requested my email address so I am agreeing to give them this so they can look further into this. But I am still disappointed that I have to go this route to resolve a simple mistake on their part!

I am simply asking for you to allow me to continue to place ads. My account has not experienced any fraud nor was there a credit card used to make purchases that was unknown to me. There are many ongoing issues with FB and if they cannot correct them or are not willing to assist their users they should not be in business. FB recommends visiting the help center. The help center cannot and does not resolve certain issues. I have been having ongoing problems accessing FB as well as duplicate posts showing on my newsfeed. How do you expect the help center to fix my issues. They are out of our control and FB should be the one responsible for fixing them. Once again, I will reiterate that FB should be taken down if they cannot assist their users with issues they are experiencing.
