My issue with the Facebook...

service continues to occur.The email address associated with my account is: [redacted]My account is still being temporarily blocked approximately every 24 hours. Each time I try to log in to Facebook, depending on how long it has been since my last login attempt, one of three things occurs:1. Right after clicking 'Log In', I am notified that Facebook has detected suspicious activity, and Facebook needs to confirm my identity. I am asked to upload a photo which clearly shows by face, which I do. I am then notified that my account has been disabled as a security precaution, and that Facebook will get in touch after reviewing the uploaded photo. The page gives me no option other than to log out.2. If it has been less than 24 hours since I received the suspicious activity notification and uploaded a photo, any login attempt will simply show the message stating my account has been disabled as a security precaution, and that Facebook will get in touch after reviewing the uploaded photo.3. If more than 24 hours have passed since I uploaded the photo, I am able to successfully log into my account for approximately 30 minutes. Even if I take no action while logged in, the page will refresh after 30 minutes, and I am redirected to the suspicious activity page, and asked to upload a photo to confirm my identity. This happens after 30 minutes, even if I log in, then let my browser sit idle at my profile page, making no changes, and adding no friends.This occurs no matter how I access Facebook, I have received the same pattern of responses when attempting to access my account from a web browser on my computer, as well as attempting to access my account from the Facebook app on my phone.During the time my account is temporarily disabled, I continue to receive push notifications on my phone from the Facebook application, as well as emails from Facebook about my profile and account. Clicking on the links in the emails from Facebook or on any of the push notifications on my phone simply redirects me to the page described in 2. and only gives me the option to log out.Sincerely,[redacted]

I have already submitted all of that with the original complaint when I filed it. Now I feel like I am getting the run around with you guys just like I have for weeks with Facebook. You need to be specific on what else it is you need from me.
