I just want to delete my account, I should not have to comply with your ID requirements when I am trying to delete an account.
Again, when I signed up for facebook, none if this was necessary. Now that your rules have changed, I want out. Lets get it done. I also have an open case woth the FCC.

I am rejecting this response because:Facebook sent me info on "account being hacked" which is irrelevant.I need THEM to actively remove the block on accessing Facebook on a particular computer. I don't need information.My account is: [redacted].It was not hacked - I can access it from other computers, just not my work computer. My computer has McAfee anti virus installed on it, and it was scanned and proclaimed clean of viruses.So there's no reason for the block. I am rejecting this response because: They have not restored my account nor...
allowed me to become the adminon my dead wife's account. Here are the links to both accounts that response requested. If they are kind enough to do so and I can have established along with ability to run my business pages it would be much appreciated. I also would not continue to go to press and media with the horrible story of their treatment of me during my wife's suicide death. It is difficult to understand how it happens but if they allow me to correct any errors or memorialize her respectfully it would go a long way to having me continue to promote and use Facebook. I am rejecting this response because: I've opened several claims over the past 6 months, each with months in between and I have never received any response from Facebook.If you look at my first 3 or 4 claims I did include a photocopy of my Driver License. The customer service has yet to respond to me in any matter at all.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: There has been NO reason explaining why I can access my Account through my Tablet. As well as, I would appreciate an explanation as to why my Wife, who works for a Major Internet Company, is unable to access my Account from her Work. She gets the same "Clean This Device" message, which is impossible, as their computers are quite Clean.Also, why would I HAVE to use one of Their "Partners" to "Clean" my device?
I have been unable to contact facebook through any of their "Help" screens, and tried to reset my Password with them the other day, I was ABLE to do THAT, but then it would not let me in, so I canceled the change. I have seen NO evidence of "hacked" when I access through my Tablet, as there is ZERO unauthorized content ON my Account.
