Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: it doesn't work. Also, it doesn't help with my business page. I tried this and it just says my account was disabled.    [redacted]
I NEED HELP getting my business page [redacted] back under my control. This is the subject of the last several replies  in this complaint. I'm wondering why only my personal account was referenced in the last reply and not the business page as well. We are losing customers because I have been unable to respond to customers or create posts for over 2 months now. I have tried ALL of those before I messaged the Revdex.com.  I am told I am blocked from changing my name but not told why. I try to appeal it won't press submit.  I have. It violated ANY Facebook rules yet I'm not allowed to change my name.

they just type my name in and delete my account.  I have sent my picture in numerous times, and they say they will review it.  they have sent me emails of friends to add to my account which I can't access, and now they are texting me to check my facebook messages.  I just want facebook out of my life.  If they can email and text me, can't they contact me directly and make all this go away?  Thank you for your help.Sincerely,[redacted]
