Complaint: [redacted]Thank you for responding but I feel I need to rejecting this response because it has been nearly 8 weeks since I have contacted Facebook about this problem. Since then, no one has tried to contact me via email or any other way to resolve my issue. I think I am lost in the system! If you would happen to email me I would be happy to send you a copy of my drivers licence.
Since June 7th, 2017, I can not access the Marketplace or when I post to a buy sell trade group no one can view my posts.Sincerely,[redacted]

Unbelievable! Now I'm talking to [redacted] who says that there appears to be no issue with my account anymore. How on earth did he deduct that since nothing changed and he did not address my request nor issue?
1. I asked to talk someone higher up in the complaints department, not a desk monkey who the ability to do nothing but provide automated replies

3. I'm seeking [redacted] and a public apology for their blunder

I am rejecting this response because: the articles and the photo id proof they are talking about . I have sent my id proofs for almost 5 times and they are not responding to it and as well as there was no email from facebook giving any reason for why on gods earth my account was disabled and it has been more than a week and still my account is not active so I dont think that they are understanding my problem  facebookI just want you to enable my account as it was not a single change accepted and I want a reason why the hell you did it in first place.

I have actually worked this link and was in communications with an individual named [redacted]
Ivwas directed to a support page that prompted me to upload proof of identification as the real [redacted] (name on the page),  Instructed support to simply replace the hacked email address from [redacted], to my real email address which is [redacted].  And on four separate emails I received from Facebook support, they had indicated tag all appears normal and that I should reach out to support for additional services if needed. 
it has not worked.... 
Each time I got through the steps to recovery access via a code that can be sent to my email address, it fails every time because the email that is posted as where the reset code will be sent is the bogus email address: [redacted] not me who is at [redacted]. 
I am A retired data telecom sales engineer and can't figure out how such a simple task can be so hard to do my Facebook support.  I want my account "[redacted]" restored simply because I have many business and group pages also associated to [redacted]

Because I do not have access to the old employee's login credentials I am unable to resolve the issue on my own. I need Facebook IT to get it done.
