Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because it does not provide help or a clear explanation for our page to have been deactivated, unplublished or whatever. The initial complaint and enquiry - WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR PAGE? - and eventual actions or recommendations to recover it were not provided.
The latest Help link provided concerns deactivated pages due to unacceptable contents like nudity or sex, hate posts, automutilation or excessive violence, fake profile, spam, do not apply to our case to the best of our knowledge. Why the implicit suggestion of page deactivation? And why this topic?
We are not knowledgeable of any wrong doing on the page content by ourselves or any third party. Just that from one day to the other the page 'www.facebook.com/aurelius.pt' was not there anymore for us and for our community of fans. And we would like to know what happened and how to recover!

I am rejecting this response because:I cannot provide a direct link to URL. I set the account to private so it would not come up in a google search and I cannot search within facebook as I no longer have an account and do not wish to open a new one.I can provide the email address I think the account is most likely associated with if you can give me a secure and private means to do so I.e. Not publicly posting it on Revdex.com.Thank you.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: To date all Facebook has done is take off the outstanding charges from my account. I have completed the request form from the link supplied in the response from the business, and I have still not got satisfactory responses to my problem. The FB page was not setup by me, and it is a community group page, we do not have things to sell nor do we buy, its simply a page to share information with like minded crafting people and to keep in touch with our members.
All the ads they have charged us with from March 24th 2016 are just updates to members, we never designed ads of any sort Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I have sent dozens of Not Working report to Facebook with no reply. They are refusing to fix this problem that I believe is purposefully meant to harass me for either my political posts (yes, people have reported being harassed and blocked for their political views) or for belonging to many groups that I currently have not been active in due to health issues but plan to engage in them as soon as I am recovered). I want to know why Facebook changed all my group settings from NO NOTIFICATIONS to HIGHLIGHTS? This IS the place for an answer because on Facebook they send out a rote reply that basically tells you to "go fly a kite!" Meaning.."get lost!" They are continuing to do the same thing here. I expect an answer as to why they did this to me and why they are refusing to fix the problem? My email account on AOL is inundated with unwanted notifications that are now harassment. Every day, another group setting is change in an incidious manner with the only possible explanation being harassment. That is why they are refusing to respond with a decent and professional answer. As a long time member of facebook, I expect decency and respect which I am NOT getting.WHY IS FACEBOOK DOING THIS AND WHY WON'T THEY STOP? JUST STOP HARASSING ME AND CLOGGING UP MY EMAIL ACCOUNT!!!!!!

Complaint:[redacted]I am rejecting this response because: it is entirely itic! And it's incompetent! OF COURSE I've read through the help centre and the community questions on this subject. I SAID THAT in my initial complaint, so clearly you did not read it properly!
As a result of the WEEKS of frustration that Facebook has caused me, and COUNTLESS complaints filed within Facebook itself (constantly reporting the glitch in the system), and getting NO response whatsoever, even though my answer was NOWHERE in the help centre, this has resulted in me having to delete the page that I wanted to change. That has lost me thousands of followers. ** Facebook.

Deactivation and reactivation did not solve the problem. I still receive the same 'Something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can. You may be able to try
again.' message that I did months ago. I'm unsure if this is an issue that is being resolved.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do want to include though that when I did report the situation to the links given above at the time, Facebook repeatedly stated that what was going on was not against their Community Standards. After having to report the issue multiple times, were the comments finally removed, and the user in question had his profile deleted as well. Where as I did get the issue handled, it should not have taken as long as it did. You chose to protect a user who was slandering me, and not to protect the actual victim in this case. I wound up filing a police report as well because you would not take care of the issue initially.
