Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because FB is asking me to provide ID I already provid** several times. It's strange that the exactly same picture of my ID was OK to release access to my account few months ago and now it's not acceptable.
Yes, I do use FB on my phone, laptop, and desktop. I tri** all those devices to access my account unsuccessfully.

am rejecting this response because:
Thank you FB for your response.  I had a previous FB account and observed activities that seemed the norm/acceptable (fictitious acct. names; accts. with no birthdays; strangers tried to friend me; folks promoting businesses or activism; etc.)  When, this, my first FB acct. was open, I sought out past acquaintances; some did not accept my "friend requests"; but most accepted my "friend requests"; I checked out their pages as they did mine; we connected w/ mutual friend.  I closed that acct. after the media reported some issue re privacy.   Re my 2nd FB acct., subject of this Revdex.com complaint, I may or may not have used a different b-day due to privacy/hacking concerns; I absolutely used my real name.  To that end, I received  a text from FB re my FB appeal case [redacted] and, after verifying my ID, FB's findings were as follows: -- Your account must list your authentic name [I DID] and birthday.[I MAY/MAY NOT HAVE]  -- Personal accounts must represent individual people only. [MINE DID] It's a violation of Facebook policy to use a profile to represent anything other than yourself (ex: celebrities, pets, ideas, objects).[I DID NOT DO THIS]   -- Using your account to repeatedly contact strangers for business or dating purposes is not allowed..[I DID NOT DO THIS]
Subsequently, FB closed its case[redacted] stating that my acct. would not be activated again for any reason; I could not respond.  With this 2nd acct., I had one "FB friend"; we were NOT trying to date; he was someone I met a long time ago and thought he was nice; I hoped to be a "FB friend" only. I also texted my son via FB.  I don't know what prompted FB to open its case that resulted in my acct. being closed but I don't agree with FB's findings or with the permanent closure of my acct.

That link is the help enter link and doesn't allow you to add any question that does not fit the criteria they have laid out . They do not recognize my question . I have tried too many times to to recover my account so its no longer letting me recover it. It keeps telling me to access my email connected with the account, which I do not have access to. 
I have a current Facebook that I am using which is under the name [redacted] as well. If you go to that page you will find that I am the same person in the page I have listed below. You can message me from there too if you would like to. If you feel it's needed, you can contact any mutual friends connected to the two accounts. They will tell you that the two are the same. I can't access this account any other way, so please, if you can, help me.

[redacted] I called and left you a message a week ago and never received a response. The last message I received from Facebook asked for email address.  I provided it because it was no where else to put it but in the response. I would like for my email address to not be made public per Revdex.com guidelines.  It would have been nice to get a call back or an email.

Complaint:[redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I did report it. I reported it over 20 times. I reported it again the last Revdex.com response you sent me. You(facebook) just keeps copying and pasting and tells me to report it, but when I do report it, you tell me to report it all over again. I did. I also just reported it all over again. Will you please delete it? You are saying you will delete it if I report it through facebook, so that's what I did, but then you deny my report and come on this Revdex.com and tell me to report it all over again. This just keeps going around and around in circles. The comments are a violation of Facebook's Terms of Service, as they are harassing and targeting an me. Please delete it. Please.
