Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have already done this I sent In 12 different forms of I'd and with the last one however it no longer will even allow me to access my support tickets as it just tells me my account is disabled provides the same links I click it tells me to sign in, I try and it says your account has been disabled provides links if I think this is in error, I click the link and it takes me to a page says to view your support ticket log in to continue I try to sign in, your account has been disabled links if you think error, I click link it takes me to a page says to view your support ticket sign into continue, I try again, your accounts disabled if you feel in error click link I do this well I could keep rewriting this over and over to make my point but that's your line...Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The issue is still not resolved.I do appreciate your attention to this. Facebook is a primary means of communication between many friends and family. Please let me know why it was disabled to begin with and reinstate it as soon as practicable.

Again "there is a glitch within Facebook for a deleted account"... Simply to prove it, I went into "report an imposter account"....
When entering [redacted] The following message appears: "Invalid User Profile URL The user profile[redacted] you provided is not valid."
After that, copy and paste[redacted] into a web browser and it still appears on Facebook...
Please advise your technical support of the glitch and have the account [redacted] permanently deleted. Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: This is just some "copy and paste" response from Facebook. I've already explained that I've looked through the help center and I've even checked forums from people with the same problem. FYI: People with the same problem complain about Facebook as well because we can't get help or straight answers. I am rejecting this response because it's worthless. What I actually did was report myself on Facebook saying that my account had been hacked into...and I actually got a response and was able to unlock my account. So really this issue can be marked as resolved because I took care of it. However, I think Revdex.com needs to give Facebook a low rating because they didn't actually help me and gave me a scripted response.

If I really need to take all the screen shots about this issue to other social media and to every free speech activist like [redacted] I can to expoose this issue I will but I'd really rather facebook as a company takes responsibility for the actions if it's Employees and fix the issue

A few days after filing the complaint, I once more requested a change of my account name from the old name to [redacted], this time only sending them my Deed Poll and expired university ID. With these documents they now allowed the name change, and restored my account to the name [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]
