Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: even though it was persist a child’s account. It was run and operated by the parent. Out of spite the grandmother reported it because her daughter lost full custody of the child. Yet that same grandmother has an account for a dog which by law can not accept TOS and should also be deleted. Why is there a double standard, both were being operated by adults but one is allowed and the other isn’t. Before deleting an account there should be a warning or the link provided or an actual customer service rep that someone could talk to, not a worthless help center where nobody from Facebook actually reads or helps people. I feel the company should have to provide this stuff seeing as they are making millions on people with ads and selling their info. Sincerely,[redacted]

It does not address any of the issues described in the original complaint, offers no contact information, provides no resolutions and simply provides links back to the page where the original complaint was filed with the company.
