Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I lost a lot of money as a result of selling items on BonanzaThey say that sellers can get Paypal protection, but that is not true because paypal is an awful platform that does not protect sellersI had to pay penalties because the buyer decided to cancel a transaction that could not be cancelled.?
Bonanza does not deserve Revdex.com accreditationThey provide absolutely no service and they leave sellers to drown in fees from their buyers canceling order that could not be cancelled.?
I did absolutely nothing wrong, shipped the order when I was supposed to,provided tracking, and then the buyer decided they didn't feel like buying the items anymore, and I was stuck ith the fees of the buyer's cancellation because Paypal penalizes the seller if the buyer disputes a charge.?
Bonzanza's Revdex.com accreditation should be removed as they provide no protection and do not provide the level of service that a Revdex.com accredited entity should offer.?

appreciate the cancellation from Bonanza but the hassle and lack of customer response relating to my multiple efforts to connect combined with their emails threatening to send me to a collection agency is not acceptable? I request Bonanza communicates clearly on their website they work only online, not by phone and that responses realistically take a up to weeks? They also need to find a solution for sending out collection notice threats when a client has taken action as they requested to fix a problem and that action didn't work.Sincerely,*** ***

You continue to take my money (days earlier than stated in your terms!) yet your best advise for your poor business practices is "go somewhere else."? Does that really seem acceptable to you??
