Hello ***We are sorry to hear of this unfortunate situation? The Bonanza community is designed to bring buyers and sellers together? Ultimately the transaction will be between you and the seller and also whichever company you used to checkout (PayPal or Amazon Checkout)? Bonanza
basically provides a platform for buyers and sellers to transact? Bonanza does not accept payments for items, instead, buyers pay the seller directly? So financially speaking, we have no hands in the financial part? That means that we cannot issue refunds or anything like that.Based on your negative experience, we have permanently removed this seller from the Bonanza website.As for receiving a refund, the easiest path would be to request a refund directly from the seller? If the seller is not willing to issue a refund or if they ignore your request, then you will need to contact the payment company that helped facilitate the transaction? So whichever payment method you used at checkout, that is the same payment method whom you will contact when disputing the purchase? PayPal and Checkout by Amazon offer a level of buyer protection provided that you file the claim within their allotted time frame? Currently PayPal requires that you file a claim within days from the transaction? Amazon also offers their "A to Z Guarantee." ? Sorry to hear that this information was not helpful to youBecause Bonanza does not have a hand in the financial portion of a transaction (you paid the seller directly via PayPal), we are limited in what actions we can takeThe only two parties that can facilitate a refund are the seller or PayPal (the seller being the person you paid, and PayPal being the company that facilitated that payment)We would recommend that you contact PayPal and dispute the payment.?

I find it problematic that Bonanza refuses to deal with at least several hundred potential sellers who use that same UPS store as a secure business address, because of one fraudulent businessBut that's Bonanza's decisionI'm grateful that it happened before I imported too many listings, and it underscores why I'm happy to have nothing to do with Bonanza (selling or buying) in the future.? In these days of stalking, trolling, data-mining, and identity theft, it can be ? important for business owner to have a secure mailfront that isn't necessarily near their operations or residences.? ?

Im rejecting Bonanza solving anything because they haven'tThat seller that is a scammer is still selling on their site, even after all the proof and screenshots that were sent to themThank God for PayPal because I was able to get my money back, it may have taken almost a month but I got it backI will NEVER have to deal with Bonanza ever again, and for that I'm thankfulI will always reject their response because they did nothing to correct issue or the sellerI'm through with this, I want nothing to do with this crooked company or their seller

offer payment options that offer solid buyer protection programs and *** (the payment processor you used) has an excellent buyer protection program for instances like thisSo if you are unable to have a favorable resolution with the seller directly, we would highly recommend that you contact *** and file a dispute? Doing so will force the seller to address the complaint or *** will place sanctions on the sellers account.For our part, we can remove sellers from our community who do not follow through with their buyers? Based on your complaint, we have permanently removed this seller from our community so we can prevent the same thing happening to others? Sorry for your not so good experience with listing items on BonanzaThe items you are selling are high risk in that they fall under a category that is monitored for infringementBonanza has been ordered by many brands to manually review high risk items that are often identified as infringing on
the brand prior to them being listed on Bonanza, or face large lawsuitsIn the interest of not being sued by the brands, we have to manually review select items before they are listed for saleWe hope that helps to explain why items are not immediately posted for sale?
