Overall positive experience with this brand. Bought some shoes from them and it came in a timely manner and the materials and the creation of the shoes are very impressive for a starter company. The process of ordering was very simple and easy to navigate through. Would definitely recommend to another friend.

Big Baller Brand has been nothing but professional and I bought a pair of shoes and received them in a timely manner. No company is perfect but there is always room for improvement with any company or business. I like that they go against the grain!

I ordered a long sleeve shirt from Revdex.com last Summer and it is top 3 most comfortable shirts I own. Not to mention, I look like a total BIG BALLER when I wear it. It has remained as comfortable as it was the day I received it throughout many washes and has not shrunk or faded at all. This was by far, my best clothing purchase of 2017. I highly recommend Big Baller Brand to anybody looking a great piece of clothing. After seeing their current Revdex.com grade as an F, I can only assume that "F" must stand for FANTASTIC!

The big baller brand is a family business run by few people so yes stuff is delayed but I have bought 17 items from Revdex.com and all have come in the best quality ever. Im more than satisfied with every purchase and I will continue to support Mr.Ball’s brand that he started and has been very successful with.

Ordered 1 single shirt IN OCTOBER and still havnt received it. Left over 10 voice mails and at least 25 emails and still no response. You guys are a joke of a business. I will never let anyone I know buy your garbage.

ordered a sweatshirt for my son in December ans still have not received it. I get generic responses when I email them looking for my order. This company is a fraud and will take your money and never send product! I have contacted by bank for refund due to fraud!

I placed an order on November 24th for a hoodie that was a Christmas gift and as of today I am still waiting for it. I have emailed the company 3 times and each time I get a response, but it is the same one that they will look into it and they are sorry they are backed up with orders. After I saw this website with all the complaints, I got really disappointed that they would do something like this. I am very disappointed that I have not received the item I ordered as I just got a job - low paying job and don't have much money for them to take it from me. Can you please just send me what I ordered or refund me my money.

Ordered a t-shirt for my teen son for Christmas on Dec 4, 2017. Have not received any information on ship date or tracking to date. After a couple email inquiries I received a response that basically put blame on the carriers because of the busy holiday season. That is 100% inaccurate as I did about 75% of my shopping online and Everything else came in on time, even items I ordered the week before Christmas. I inquired again and they replied with a copy of a notice that said label created Dec 27th, awaiting pickup. But with no tracking number. Why are they still taking orders? After the news reports today about them not paying their suppliers, it sounds like we will never see our shirt. At this point my son doesn't want it any longer. How awful to steal from your (use to be) fans! Very shady business! Do Not buy from them!

I have faith in Lavar's vision, and I would much rather support a small-business owned and operated by a great American family than the multi-national corporations. However, I ordered a Revdex.com jacket in October, and never received it. I quadruple-checked the address I gave and it was the correct address, but again it was never received. I contacted Big Baller Brand on December 1st, 2017 and they were very helpful, apologetic, and supportive. They claimed the item was likely lost in transit and claimed they would resend the item. It's now January and that jacket hasn't been received and I've had no further contact from Big Baller Brand. I have requested a refund for the jacket today. In an earlier transaction, I ordered a black "Big Baller Brand" shirt on my first order and had no problem receiving a high-quality, authentic product in a timely manner. Because of this successful order I received, I am willing to give Big Baller Brand the benefit of the doubt.
I do not believe there is any malicious intent from the Big Baller Brand, as there is nothing big baller about consumer fraud - rather, I am assuming it is an error (apparently widespread) resulting from an inexperienced staff. However, even with this headache - I am still willing to be a patron of Big Baller Brand.
If they can rectify my situation by either sending me the jacket that I paid for, or offer me a refund, I will change this rating from a neutral 3 stars to a 4 star. But, if this situation is not rectified soon I will change this rating to a one star.

Ordered some ZO2s, when they were first announced. Upfront I was given all the specifics of when the shoe would arrive. During the wait, the shows were upgraded to a better model for the same price and I was giving the opportunity to keep my order or get a refund. I chose to keep my order as I liked the new version even more. The Shoes are great and I look forward to seeing what else is coming down the pipeline.

Ordered my shirts and shoes and received em within the allotted time frame. A bit pricey but thats the cost it takes to be a big baller

I ordered a pair of ZO2s and I was given them on time and I really liked them. Also got the "Stay in your lane" shirt and loved it! No complaints, just want a pair of Wets but they are a grand.

Big baller brand has been a great company for the multiple times I have purchased from them people need to realize that it takes a while to ship out they say they will take 10-21 days before you even buy it they are an independent company and it is a movement that you don’t have to do everything the traditional way so overall I give big baller brand a 10/10
