I will have to admit I was skeptical at first after reading the old reviews from last year. I ordered my son a hoodie it arrived in 3 days!!! Quality is great, beautiful workmanship, good communication from company, and lightning fast shipping and handling. I will definitely be back for Christmas!!!

The Hoodie I order was stolen before I could receive it. I was blown away with how great the customer service. They work with me and ultimately sent me another hoodie for no cost. I was more than pleased with the service. Great company! Great Brand. Get ya merch!!!

I’ve ordered the black crew neck long sleeve sweater with the Revdex.com logo white. The site was easy to navigate and uniformly categorized. I unexpectedly received my order almost expeditiously and got exactly what I ordered. The sweater is a good quality of cotton and polyester that doesn’t dye nor shed and the logo is engraved as well as it could be. I’m confident the logo won’t peel after machine washing but I’m only going to dry clean it. Most importantly the sweater fits comfortably on my body specifically shoulders chest stomach back neck waist and wrist. I got a size Large, I’m six feet one two hundred ten pounds. It gives a real good athletic lounge feel and has a soft body lining. The company actually thought a returned order belonged to me and emailed me to ship it again.
I received my sweater already.

I was shipped the wrong hoodie. The customer support was amazing with response times and helping with my situation. They sent me the right hoodie instantly for no charge and also allowed to me to keep the other hoodie that was sent by mistake. Blown away by the service of big ball brand

I ordered the wrong size t shirt and emailed them immediately to have the order canceled or size changed. I got a generic email from them a couple of days later saying they would speed up shipping but nothing about a size swap The point of the email was to stop them from sending the wrong size out and they did anyway. Now with no phone number to contact them I am stuck with a shirt that is too small. I've tried emailing since and have gotten no reply $55 is a lot of money not to have good cu service. I want a refund or exchange. This isn't my first time ordering from them and I am a fan of Revdex.com. However I will not spend another dime with them until this situation is resolved.

I have purchased over 10 orders from this company. I live in North Carolina and they always arrive within 7-10 business days which is standard for any order a consumer doesn't pay expedited shipping for. I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered a STAY IN YO LANE shirt on the website and I received it in a reasonable time frame.

I had a great experience with Big Baller Brand. I ordered a shirt from the website and got a tracking number from USPS. After a few days, the USPS website told me the shirt had been delivered, but I hadn't received it. I reached out to Revdex.com customer service and they stepped in and handled the rest. They filed a Lost Package report with USPS and sent me a replacement item. They did not have to do any of this considering it was USPS that lost my package, not Revdex.com. But they went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I've ordered from other companies online who are far less receptive to lost packages. I'll definitely shop at Revdex.com again.

Great brand. Better than Nike, Adidas, and Underarmour combined. Big Baller Brand is the real Revdex.com. Their products and message are great. Never had any problems.

I ordered the wrong size and wanted to change my sizing. When I emailed Revdex.com, they responded within 10 mins and told me they couldn't change an order after it was confirmed, but they will cancel the order and give me a full refund. They also told me to send them my new order number so they could expedite my shipping. I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from but I haven't had such efficient customer care response in my life doing online shopping. Revdex.com do things efficiently, I don't know where the hate is coming from.
