So I purchased two hoodies on the Big Baller Brand website on December 25th and I received and email that my ordered would be delayed two weeks. I’ve been waiting for a month now to see where my order is why it hasn’t been shipped. I’ve emailed the company several times and they said it is being prepared to be shipped but I have not had any information since.

This is a phenomenal company. For those who are tired of big companies such as Nike using sweatshops overseas and then preaching to us about "equality" you have your alternative. I ordered a hoodie, t shirt, and beanie and they are great quaility. Everything arrived when they said it would. Lavar Ball is a genius and I 1000% recommend this company.

I ordered a beanie mid-December. I still haven't heard anything back from Big Baller Brand and the item has yet to be shipped. What a disaster.

We placed an order with Big Baller Brand on Dec. 10th, today is Jan. 24th and still have not received the sweatshirt we ordered our son for Christmas. Sent an email a week ago and received a generic response saying it will be shipped soon. It’s been 45 days now. This is quite unfortunate as we have already paid. Please know this before you make a decision to purchase from this company.

I ordered a sweatshirt before Christmas, still waiting for it to be shipped. Reached out to customer service. Response was it was being prepared to be shipped. Just a joke a month has gone by and still not shipped. This company is a sham!

I've had a very positive experience with the Big Baller Brand company and looking forward to purchasing future items from the two other brothers.

I am very disappointed in the lack of quality of ZO2 PRIME REMIX - THE 'WET' AUTOGRAPH by Lonzo Ball, First off the description clearly states it will come in a acryllic box with lights... That is absolutely false. It comes in a velvet box. 2nd the quality of the shoes is that of a generic brand. Nothing compared to even the basic bottom line jordans. NO this was more like a walmart shaq brand shoe...For the money spent there should have been more care taken.

Very disappointed with how long I've been waiting for my order. Haven't received an update on my order since it was placed. Been waiting almost a month now with no updates. Love Revdex.com but the customer service is very poor!

I ordered a sweatshirt on the 29th of December and it said that it was 1 to 2 weeks before item would be shipped. It is NOW January 22nd and I still don't have the item. I have sent numerous emails and I get the same old same old crap answer. This company sucks! If I don't get my order in the next couple of days I am going to be filing with my cc company.

I have ordered 4 pairs of shoes from Revdex.com. All of them came earlier than the website claimed they would be shipped out. They publicly announced the shoe models changed and offered refunds, which I did not want.
The only drawback was that one of the pairs did not arrive in it's "plexiglass viewing case", which I wrote off as part of the publicly announced order modifications. This arrived a few days later separately. Big Baller Brand delivered on all expectations.

My item was shipped in only a few hours, received the product only two days letter. Incredible service.

Just wanted to let everyone know who has not received their Revdex.com Merchandise yet. Mine came today. They did not send a tracking number. I ordered 2 medium hoodies on December 14th. A a little over a month. The shirts were for my son. He is going to be a very happy Big Baller. I am a very happy camper. Yes the wait was a little longer then I would of liked but I got what I wanted.

I order my shoes they came on time , everything is listed in the website before u buy... Big Baller Brand Is for the culture

I ordered one sweatshirt on December 17, 2017 and it's 1/16/2018 and still have not received the product although they charged my account. I've emailed them about 5 times and keep getting a generic response. I think this company needs a class action lawsuit because they should not charge your account until the product is shipped. This is horrible and it was supposed to be a xmas gift.

I had placed an order on 11/20/17. They were experiencing a 1-2 week delay. I waited a month and emailed them on 12/15/17 as I had not received a tracking number. I received a response saying they were looking into this. On 1/1/18 I received this response:
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you.
Upon checking in our fulfillment Center, you item has been released and should be received by now.
We are worried that this could have been lost in transit.
We have taken the liberty of resubmitting your order while we are waiting for a response from your last shipment.Since we are re-shipping an Item it will take 2-10 days delivery.
If any case you will received duplicate items in the mail Kindly return the item to our return address at *** Ave.,

Well of course it is now 1/16/18 and I have not received anything and they have since stopped responding to my requests. I would very much like my item before I have to escalate to other means.

I ordered my husbands Christmas gift in the beginning of December yet have not received package nor a tracking number. I have emailed the company multiple times to see the status of my order and they always respond that they are working on it or will be contacting me shortly with an answer and never get anything at all.

I ordered a shirt from Big Baller Brand middle of 2017 and I received my order. It took some time, but unlike some I understand that this is a business receiving many orders with a small staff so I was patient and things ended positively.

I placed an order on their website over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I have emailed many times and have not gotten a single response. This company clearly has no intention of following through and is more concerned with luring young boys to their products and stealing their parents hard earned money.
