Big Baller Brand

I've ordered from BIG BALLER BRAND probably 15 times and I've had no problems with them whatsoever. There was one time when shipping got screwed up but to make up for it they sent an extra shirt for the troubles and it wasnt evrn there fault. I see so many negative comments on here and it makes me wonder cuz they've been perfect with me.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my son on 11-25-18. I emailed the company the beginning of December and was told to be patient. The item said shipping was 10 days!! I received shipping information on the 10th but the usps didn’t receive the item until 10 days later. It is now 12-26 and I still haven’t received my order :( but you best believe that they took the money out of my account a month ago!!! Not sure what is wrong with the company but customer service is horrible and items seem to never get shipped. Wish I would have read reviews prior to my order!

I placed my order for Christmas on November 26, 2018. Website quoted items will take around 7-10 business days. I received a email on Dec. 6th that my order is on the way. It is now Dec. 22nd still not a word from Revdex.com. USPS shows on Dec 4th shipping label created awaiting item. Not very happy with BIG BALLER BRAND. Didn't want to cancel my Credit card order but with zero communication from Revdex.com I guess it needs to happen. My son will be very disappointed.

It has been 23 days since I placed my order and my card was charged and I still have not received item. Sent 2 emails. I finally received a tracking number and item has not moved in over a week; still sitting in California. I have sent 2 emails to them and all I get in reply...
“This item was shipped out already to the courier by bulk to be scanned for shipping and generate your tracking number once completed.You will get an email confirmation once completed.
Please be patient with us as we get your order delivered to you. Our fulfillment team works very hard to get you your item. We ask that you please be patient with us, as sometimes there may be delays.” This is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandson that may not make it in time for Christmas. The shipping method I chose was Standard Shipping (7-10 days) and it’s been 23 days... Not happy.

If I could leave no stars I would.... I purchased an order online almost a month ago and item has still not even been shipped. No way to contact company other than their auto emails that keep getting sent. I seen plenty of other people having the same issue. I will never order from them again.

I am just sick to read these reviews, I ordered my son a hoodie weeks ago, has already been took out of my account for the total price and shipping, its 6 days until Christmas which is why I ordered it to start with, but nothing, have recieved 2 emails stating to be patient, well I've been patient and this is just crazy. How do you get away with taking money but not shipping your products? SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE HASSLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Big baller brand is an amazing company. All of their products are extremely comfortable and have incredibly well made material. Also, there shipping went from California to Illinois in 2 days which says a lot about how much they care to get customers satisfied as soon as possible. Personally, I recommend to order products from this brand. Their customer service in incredible, they answer emails so fast and very politely.

Ordered my second shirt Tuesday Night and it was at my front door by Saturday. It’s amazing to me how excited ordering a shirt for Revdex.com makes me . I got the all black shirt with the bluish/silver triple Bs. Very fast and convenient service would highly recommend.

I ordered the wrong size shoe and when I contacted customer service for help in correcting my mistake the issue was fixed within the hour. For the record, I made a duplicate order with Revdex.com, immediately remitted an email, requesting that one of the orders be deleted. I received an email confirmation back in 10 minutes, telling me that the duplicate order had been cancelled and my credit charge, refunded.. Talk about FAST SERVICE!

I have ordered four pair of shoes, at least six TShirts, and some shorts -on different occasions- and they have always shipped on time . I think half of these negative reviews are fake or exaggerated.
