I love the items I’ve received, such good quality and even had a size that needed exchange and they gladly responded and set me up on exchanging. I love the fabric and quality!!!! My son loves Revdex.com

I ordered a hoodie, a hat, and a crewneck from the big baller brand website and all three items arrived at my doorstep at the estimated delivery date. I have no problems with the shipping of the items whatsoever. I was given a warning about the shipping delay due to the company receiving a high amount of orders and I appreciated the heads up. I personally believe the F rating from the Revdex.com is complete BS and the only reason that they have that low of a rating is because customers are impatient, and entitled. They don’t understand that Big Baller Brand is gaining in popularity and is receiving more orders now than ever before.

I heard about the negative reviews with the Revdex.com so I thought I would share my experience. In May of 2017 I ordered the STAY IN YO LANE TEE. The quality of the Tshirt is great (It better be for the price) and it arrived within 10-14 days as promised. I am very happy with my purchase.

They shipped in good time and good condition.

November 2,, 2017 I ordered the Revdex.com blue zip up hustle sweater in navy blue and confirmation email stated 1-2 week delay in addition to shipping time. Understandable but it is now FEBRUARY 7th.. aka 1 month or so after Christmas aka 3 months after I made this order... I have tried to contact Revdex.com several times in regard to this issues but nothing. This sweater was supposed to be a christmas gift to my boyfriend and he still hasnt recieved it. You guys never answer customer service emails and now that ive done more research I can see that im not the only one that feels this way! Not too sure if ill order here again or if ill ever recommend their products, because I dont even have a product to judge! Id really like to receive my order so hopefully someone from the company sees this and can finally figure this out.

Revdex.com is for the culture. People need to simply read if they have an issue with time of delivery. Lavar Ball is for the culture and is moving the culture forward.

I ordered an item on December 27, 2017. Label was created within hours, and my credit card also charged for the item and shipping on the same day. My order stated that it would be delayed 1-2 weeks due to high volume--not a problem with me. But as of Feb. 2, 2018, I have not received ANYTHING, and I have received no responses to my attempts to contact them except for 1 automated email. My USPS tracking number has shown "Pre-Shipment" since the day I ordered it. Will never recommend this company to anyone, and this company should never have been formed if no one associated with it knows how to run a business.

I ordered on 2 separate occasions from this company, it does take long to receive the product but came in exactly as stated. They're a newer company and trying to get the kinks out of it. Be patient and you will NOT be disappointed!

I ordered a T-shirt for my son in November! Big Baller emailed stating that there would be a delay due to high volume. 1st week of January I was notified by UPS that the package was undeliverable due to no street address on package & returned to the sender. I emailed them with the correct address 4 times - my credit card was charged and address was originally filled in by auto-fill; one month later I have had no response from the company. I will never recommend this company to anyone, searching advice to recover my money and I have a heartbroken 13yr old missing part of his Christmas present. They disgust me.

I previously left a negative review. While I don't understand the amount of time it took to receive the items we ordered, two days after I left the review, we received a shipment confirmation. The very next day the items were in our mailbox. My son loves his shirt and shorts. Not sure if they just got caught up on all of their Christmas orders or if they responded to my several messages inquiring about our merchandise. Regardless, our items were received a little over a month from placing the order and we are happy with the items. I would shop with this company again and have it in my mind it may take a little longer than expected to receive what we order. Also, although very overpriced, I am leaving 5 stars due to how much my son loves!

Adding my experience which is the same as others. On 12/31 I placed an order for a shirt. I heard nothing from them so I sent an email on 1/17 and received a response that my order was waiting to be scanned for shipping. It's now 1/28 and no word of my order. But, of course, they have already charged my card. With all of these negative reviews plus a lawsuit filed against them by their former shirt maker, I wonder why I even ordered from them.

I really wanted to support this business because I like that they're doing their own thing but their customer service is horrible.
I ordered an item on Jan 7 was notified a shipping label was created on the 13th but there was no movement on the item for 7 days. I emailed to ask about it and they said it was at USPS and waiting to ship. Finally a few days later it is actually in motion.
I was super excited to receive my Crewneck Briun sweatshirt but when I opened the package I not only received the wrong color sweatshirt but a sweatshirt that was less expensive then the one I ordered. When I reached out via email to let them know the issue I got a canned response saying for returns or exchanges please ship the item back. I REFUSE to pay for shipping to fix a mistake the company made. If the mistake is on your end you should be providing pre-paid shipping labels.
Also the fact that your exchange and return policy isn't listed on your website is a joke.
Like I mentioned I want to support the business but can't recommend it to others confidently knowing their business practices

I ordered two sweatshirts to give as holiday gifts on December 9, 2017. As of JANUARY 15, more than a month later, I was told that a "label had been created." On January 18 when I emailed to ask about it, I was told it was "on its way" to the post office. As of today, January 25, the package is still listed as "label created." PS My credit card was charged for this merchandise on December 9.

this company sucks, absolutely awful. I ordered my package Dec. 22nd and it has been over a month with still no package delivered. I emailed them and get the same old crappy response. I want my money back!
