Ordered a hoodie Mid-December for x-mas gift for son. Still waiting. Card was charged right away, of course. Their customer service team has canned messages and/or misleading replies to all inquiries. Was told 6 days ago would be shipping in 1-2 days, still no tracking or information. Very unfortunate abuse of brand equity.

Product finally did arrive. Satisfied with the condition of the hoodie. However, the frustration associated with the process was almost enough to cancel completely. And interesting that it took a complaint on Better Bus. Bureau to prioritize the order, as opposed to the 10 previous emails that had already been sent. Surprised there was not some additional compensation or savings offered as a sign of good faith to the customer. Discouraged from ordering again based on the experience.

I purchased $225 worth of merchandise from this brand on December 14, 2017. I was told that there would be a one to two week delay on handling on top of the 10-21 day shipping. My card was charged on the 15 but it is now over a month later and I have yet to receive any news about my order. I did manage to contact customer service after some time but they just said they would get back to me which they never did. I don’t know when I will be receiving this order or if at all.

On 12/25/17 I ordered a sweatshirt. I mistakenly clicked the wrong size so I promptly emailed them 2 minutes after the order was placed to request that they change the size from a Small to a Medium. They did reply the same day saying that they would update my order. Then one week later I went to check if they had updated my order, and it still looked the same on their order tracking page, so I sent them an email on 1/1/18 asking if they had updated it and if it was only seen internally. I have received no response. It has been 20 days with no shipment and no reassurance of whether or not my order was changed (despite a claim of only a 1-2 week delay in shipping), and I am even more scared of receiving the wrong size and having to try and go through a returns process with this business. Overall, very dissatisfied with the service, especially given the price point of their products.

I love what Big Ballee Brand stands for and their commitment to their local community. Their shirts are premium texture and designed very well. I was able to get my apparel within the time frame stated on the bigBallerBrand website. Thanks for the wonderful gear BigBallerBrand !

I ordered a shirt for my son in early December. On 1/3/18, Revdex.com sent an email that my order had been shipped. It's now 1/13, and still haven't received my order. I tracked the package with USPS and learned that my package was in the "pre-shipment stage," meaning Revdex.com prepared a label but never actually mailed my order. I emailed Revdex.com and received a response on 1/9/18 stating they would look into it and contact me. Nothing. No update, no response, no shirt for my son. I'm going to give it a couple more days, then contact my credit card company.

Bought my shirt back in March it was everything I wanted it to be...came in a timely manner. Granted I ordered a hoody 12/8 and haven't gotten any tracking or updates as of yet BUT I think this is because there was a huge volume of orders during the holidays. I have faith in the brand and will continue to support. Revdex.com that's on me...Revdex.com rep the team! Revdex.com chasing dreams...Revdex.com we gon do our thing!

I order my big baller zo2 in June/2017 and recieve my zo2 week before Xmas. I’m in love with sneakers very comfortable and light. I will definitely order from Revdex.com again. 5 stars service

I'm a Revdex.com supporter for the culture and I have received my items with no problems! Will for sure keep buying Revdex.com products

I am surprised Big Baller Brand received an F rating. But I guess there is no such rating as an F- The first essence of my complaint is the fact that the day after my order was placed my credit card was charged immediately. This was on November 19, 2017. 22 days later I submitted a request asking the status of my order. The robot response said they would check with the post office and "get back to you quickly." After hearing nothing for 3 days, I sent another email because they provide no phone number at all. I asked if the order had shipped and on what date and asked for a tracking number. Their response was that my order had been "released" and it should have been delivered. Revdex.com stated they feared it was lost in transit and would send a second order out that would take 2-10 days. I again requested a tracking number to no avail. After 30 days of no satisfaction I received an email from Revdex.com stating my order was "on the way," with a tracking number for USPS. Within another day I received another email that stated they had shipping delays but would submit my inquiry to the post office so the order could be delivered sooner. 9 days later after receiving no delivery I sent Revdex.com a comprehensive email summarizing the chronological events of incompetence. Their response was to tell me they would check with the post office. During this entire time having received a tracking number previously, I continually checked the tracking number to find the shipping status had not changed. I went to my local post office to have them review the tracking number provided. I was told that the company had drawn a USPS shipping label but never put the item out for delivery. At that point I resolved to cancel my order so I could later make a complaint with my credit card company. Prior to doing that I received yet another email on January 6, 2018, stating my order was out for delivery. Miraculously, the order was delivered an hour later. What I surmised from this experience is as follows: The owners/management have no credibility and are not only grossly incompetent, but liars as well. They fabricated excuses trying to place blame for their incompetence on the post office. Additionally, they say they strive to make the customer believe they want to do their best, but that is also a lie. If they had a true customer service department they would provide a customer service phone number. It seems obvious now why they don't. They already know they are doing poorly and must have an incompetent staff or they would provide one. LaVar Ball says Yelp is in and Revdex.com is not in the picture anymore. This indicates that he as the owner obviously does not care about his customers. I am glad however that he shared his thoughts on that so that I can also share my thoughts on Yelp and social media.

Ordered a hooded sweatshirt December 18. Have emailed the company no less than 8 times. No response. They sure were quick to take my money. I will be contacting the proper authorities to take care of this fraudulent company on my end. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I should've known a shady guy would have a shady company. A rating of a 1 star is too much to give them. Unprofessional in many ways. Terrible customer service. They clearly haven't made anything right for any complaint before mine. Provide some blanket statement with a gmail email address.....shady.

My experience in ordering from Big Baller Brand was very efficient and friendly customer service. I like change and clearly they are culturely making a change in the business and opening young Athletics eyes and you can do something different. Ordered a few shirts from site being delievered to Australia. Received all items a week later just as advertised. Will buy again.

I bought the CASH MONEY S/S TEE (WHITE) from the Lonzo Ball Collection. I was notified that there would be a potential wait time because of the amount of new orders being received and that as a new business they have had to make drastic changes in order to accommodate this new influx of business. That being said, I received my order on time and in great condition (this was delivered to Canada, so the journey was a tad longer than those within the US). Great shirt, great business, great vision.
Side note: Before making my review, I took a look at some of the complaints and can only conclude that many of them are being faked by people hoping to receive "refunds" for items that they "bought". On many complaints it actually shows that no order/money was ever received by Revdex.com and that the claim was in fact not real... Obviously I don't know the truth of everything, but I just found that to be very interesting. People just want to watch visionaries like Lavar fail. Sad really. Wishing him and all the other Big Ballers a happy new year and hope that all this unnecessary hate stops soon.

I ordered a Revdex.com sweatshirt for my son on 4 December for a Christmas gift. The cost was $75. It's now 11 January and the product has not even been shipped. I contacted them via email THREE TIMES. The first time I received a reply that they'd check into it. After a week Imcontacted them again. No response. Then again. No response. It's basically THEFT OF MY MONEY done by the Ball family. I've given up. If you order anything from this company then fair warning - it's a scam. Don't expect to receive the merchandise. Don't expect any coherent customer service.

Well at least Lavar is consistent at being FOS- all talk nothing to back it up. I have heard about this ongoing nightmare- $500 sneakers are funny enough, but they cannot even ship the ones they have supposedly sold. They cannot even fulfill T shirt orders? And the suppliers are starting to sue them for not paying for the merchandise delivered.
50 out of 59 reviews negative - 37 complaints- IN LESS THEN 1 YEAR- Small Ball Less Brand is more accurate.

I bought a merchandise and also a poster quote from big baller brand! best purchase ever! One on One undefeated never lost!

I ordered two tshirts for my son for Christmas on 11/30/17. Still have not received them, sent multiple emails to ***@gmail.com and receive the same response blaming it on USPS. Never was I provided a tracking number or reasonable excuse for why I still have not received their product. I requested a refund twice and never received a response to that. Shocker - they had no problem taking my money though. Disgrace to the retail business.
