I LOVE THE BIG BALLER BRAND!!!! The big baller is for the culture and as a supporter I ordered the black zip-up hoodie medium and recieved it within the time frame highlighted by the companys website. I will definitely order items again.
Great gear and good service
It took a while for my package to arrive but was happy with their products. I asked to change one of my shirts from grey to white, and they responded immediately with the change. Not long after the email, my package arrived and I was satisfied.
I have ordered a pair of Zo2's and a stay in your lane shirt. The shirt was well made (not gildan) and fits well "Stay in your lane". No phone number but emails are responded to same day
Stop hating. The only people on here reviewing are people who have something negative to say. Say what you want but LaVar has created a multi-million dollar brand off of the free press. The products are high-quality and look stylish. Whenever someone is seen at school wearing a Revdex.com product heads turn and people say it's high quality. I have nothing bad to say about Revdex.com. And for people complaining about the prices, it is because it is made in America and the prices aren't actually much more expensive than Nike.
My experience with Big Baller Brand was as I expected for a new business. I placed my order online, was given a timeframe when the shoes was expected to be shipped, I was notified that there would be an additional delay, and I eventually received my shoes. I am happy with the product I ordered. My overall experience was POSITIVE.
The negative reviews I read were majority consumer error in not reading the clearly outlined phrase "NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES". In addition, the website stated the delay in shipping before you ordered the shoes. Consumers, read the fine print (and the BOLD PRINT) before ordering your products.
I order a sweatshirt Revdex.com right before the holiday season. Overall I had great experience. They notified me that due to the holidays my order would arrive 1-2 later than expected. They did send me another email through the process apologizing for the wait and that my order was on the way. I ended up getting my sweatshirt in just under 3 1/2 weeks. It is fantastic quality and overall I had great experience with this brand and one of the greatest people on the planet, Lavar Ball.
I ordered a sweatshirt and short-sleeve shirt and received both of them on time. I do not see why people complain so much about what these guys are trying to do. Maybe people who complain are just a bunch of small ballers. If your a small baller, stay out of us Big Ballers way.

I ordered the small black and red diamond t-shirt, It clearly stated it might take up to 7 weeks to deliver. I received it today. I'm very happy with it. With multiple marking points inside, the back and the sleeve. You will spot a knockoff easily. It's not a run of the mill t-shirt.

I bought two Revdex.com hats, one was Blue & Gold. The quality of the hats was very good, and my experience was satisfactory. The hats were shipped in a correctly sized box that prevented unwanted bending.
I ordered clothing for my teenage son for Christmas on 12/7 - I emailed them asking for status and letting them know it was a gift for christmas in mid-December - they answered and responded they will look into this. 2 more emailed to them and NO answer. FInally arrived on 1/6/18. HUGE disapppointment and will not be ordering again.

I received credit from my order simply by asking my credit card company to do a chargeback for failure to provide the product I paid for. Very simple and this is what the credit card companies can do routinely as part of protecting the consumer. If you have had issue you can follow the chargeback process of your credit card company. This also puts pressure on the company to respond because this is being handled by Amex, VISA, etc..

I ordered a hoodie on Dec 4th and was told 15 to 21 days. This was a Christmas present and as of today 1/8/18 I still have not received. $105 on something I have yet to see. I would NOT recommend this brand to anyone!

This company completely takes advantage of anyone that tries to do business with them. Overpriced items that are never in stock, never ship, and customers are never provided refunds. This company doesn’t even ha e a phone number to reach them on. Email’s are only sporadically responded to with template responses that resolve nothing. Law enforcement should look further into all of the money collected without any product being shipped.

I ordered an item back in november and I haven't received it. They charged me $100 on my card, but haven't received an update on the item. Horrible company. Please save your money and stay away from this pathetic company. Also, their customer service is the worst! All automated messages and no one to speak with personally.

Ordered an item from this company as a Christmas gift on November 17. Today is January 8 and I still don't have the item. Have contacted the company multiple times to check order status and have received a generic reply of "We will check and get back to you" but never get any additional response. Horrible experience. Sad thing is my 13 year old daughter used her own money to make the purchase for her twin sister.
I ordered a Revdex.com sweatshirt at the beginning of December in hopes that it would arrive by Christmas. While ordering I received a notification that due to high demand it may take an extra week which was no suprise to me and completely understood. Fast forward to January 10th and it is still yet to ship. I have contacted 6 times and have recieved the same responses every time. No matter how much you like the products, stay away from ordering!

I placed an order on line on December 2, 2017 for two items. I was charged $125 for them and the charge went through that day. Two weeks later I tried to call to see when I would receive the items (they were Christmas gifts) and eventually was able to get a return email that blamed the company's delivery service (no details on if it was UPS or USPS or Jimmy down the street).
I tried all week to contact the company but could only find email addresses and got no further responses.
Christmas came and went and no merchandise was delivered. I went straight to my AMEX card and filed a complaint and AMEX credited my account.
No contact from Big Baller and definitely no sense of customer service. If you plan to buy from these people, re-think it!
